They listen. Got me off meds I should have never been on. I see Trisha Smith, she walks on water to me. I go in with my notes and it makes everything go very smoothly. They have an office in Foresthill which is wonderful. Very pleased with all staff in all depths. Docs and PA's are worth seeing. They are current and knowledgeable. I'm very happy with Vista.

I have given them 2 chances as well as my husband gave them a chance just horrible experience. They have somewhat friendly staff, but when it comes to urgency don't bother! They sent in a rx that was supposed to have been covered but then the pharmacy told them no and let them know the correct rx. I spent 3 days going back and forth trying to get them to fix their issue but nothing! We ended up having to go to another urgent care and pay more $ to get the correct rx ordered. Don't trust your will get adequate care.. Go down the hill to Sutter.

Dr. Sewell and his team provide excellent care here and in Auburn. Both offices are excellent, but despite living in Auburn I sometimes like coming here as it’s a very quiet place and Dr Sewell has pretty good availability here. Both my wife and I have been seeing him for over a year for routine visits and more urgent issues and have found him to be very knowledgeable, interested in actually finding the source of issues and recommending alternatives to “standard western medicine”. In this year my wife has been able to improve her health from her worst to her best ever, and despite this being mainly her achievement Dr. Sewell and all other providers at this facility have played a big part. Thank you.

I came as a walk in at 9:30 and i had to sit in the parking lot for 2 hours waiting to be helped i don’t recommend
