Vista Complete Care

Our whole family has gone to Vista Complete Care for the last 10 years and we’ve been overall very happy. There was a time where the office staff wasn’t great but it seems to be better run these days and I feel like they give good care and do good follow up. I’ve particularly liked the PA Josh who I’ve seen a couple of times for back issues and a bad finger infection I had. Thanks Vista.

Not sure why the reviews were so low. To be honest, I was rather impressed. The staff there was beyond courteous and kind and went out of their way to make me and my stepdaughter feel very comfortable. Would definitely return. They also handled the issue that I had very well and got it handled fast. Definitely worth five stars. Very family friendly atmosphere!

Vista Complete Care and Dr. Sewell and Dr. Marler have cared for my husband and me for years. I am so grateful for their brilliant Curbside Care with no appointment needed. I can be in the office without being infected by a person who is sick. I also can get immediate care without infecting anyone when I’m sick.

Don't get seen by Bailey Murphy!! I knew exactly what I had and all she wanted to do was run more tests and charge me more money. She didn't even check anything out. It's like she thought I was lying. Then when I asked for a doctor's note to be excused from work so I can rest she didn't even do that. There are better doctors there who care and will write you an excused note.

Staff is just uncaring and irresponsible. Tried to take my daughter there because she had an ear infection. I CALLED AHEAD to see if they would take Blue Shield and the girl working the phone said “Yes we do, come on down”. When I got there she said oh sorry but we don’t take HMO .. see your insurance is HMO” … I’m like ?? But the person never asked, I remarked. She said “ well, I always check and you should’ve been asked” I looked at the other two ladies and they wouldn’t make eye contact 😂 What a waste of time. Check other places for better service and health care.

Do NOT go here. I jacked up my knee and paid them a visit on a Saturday. I was told by a very young doctor that she could "give me" a better brace. Then, I was told that I wasn't actually being given a knee brace. They up-sold me because I showed up already with a knee brace. Then, I was told my insurance would pay for it. That was a lie because they covered exactly 0% (and it broke on day 3, but costs over $600). Then, I was told I needed an x-ray before I could get an MRI covered by my insurance. ANOTHER lie. After talking with my insurance, they apologized on behalf of this office because of the misinformation. I paid $800 out of pocket and still have no clue what's wrong with my knee. It's unfathomable how I can be lied to straight to my face multiple times. This is a sleazy sales office, not an actual doctor's office.

DO NOT use this urgent care. Negative stars if I could. First time I came here they misdiagnosed a staph infection, blowing me off when questioning if staph was a possibility after coming home from Disneyland. Took their recommended meds which did nothing to heal it. It got much worse and spread from my elbow to my knee. 2 weeks later I had a doctor's appointment with my primary and he couldn't believe they didn’t recognize a staph infection. It was clear as day, and not because it was worse, my primary recognized it as a staph infection even from the progression pictures I showed the urgent care. It immediately started getting better with the right medications. Second time I came in with swallowing and breathing discomfort. They wrote me off as anxiety, told me I should learn breathing exercises. They didn't even touch my neck or examine me. The only other alternative brought up by the nurse was throat cancer, which she dismissed me as too young to have. So why bring it up and create more anxiety if you're so sure this is "in my head?". Come to find out later that TMJ was a factor, as well as having rock hard muscle tension from the top of my neck down to my shoulders. Not that they would know, since they didn't examine anything and lectured me about anxiety instead. Point being, DO NOT trust this clinic. They don't know what they're doing, they're dismissive, and you'll certainly end up spending more money elsewhere when the problem doesn't resolve.

I'm so thankful for Vista Complete Care! I've been with them since 2020 and they've been amazing! 👏 The office staff, PA's and Doctor's are on top of things and always doing the best they can to be aware of everyone they see and their issues. The staff stays in touch with the patients and actually calls you to let you know what's going on. They're just great!
