Virginian Rehab & Wellness does a great job in their physical therapy work. They are kind, considerate and give you a good workout each visit. Very pleased with the PT I have received and will continue to get there. Their reception staff is also top notch.
The Physical Therapists and Occupational Therapists at Virginian Rehabilitation in Fairfax are second to none. They are knowledgable, effective clinicians who develop a training regimen based upon one's needs. They are very considerate and make sometimes difficult tasks very worthwhile.

I would like to recommend Victoria Pavelko for an excellent job she has done concerning an "adult voice therapy". Victoria was able to treat her adult patient in such a modern and knowledgeable way. She was very passionate and pleasant to deal with. We've noticed such a great results in a short period of time. Victoria is a great asset to the Virginian Rehabilitation. Well done Victoria
I had been having problems with a sore throat for three years, and saw many doctors with no improvement. However, when I saw Victoria Pavelko, she diagnosed me with Muscle Tension Dysphonia and Laryngeal Dysphonia, and gave me exercises to do daily at home. They were not challenging, and it was the first thing I had done that helped me with my issues. I highly recommend Virginian Rehabilitation and Wellness, they know what they’re doing, are extremely personable, and truly want to help.
I first went to Tiffany Chen at Virginian Rehabilitation & Wellness fro treatment with the Neubie Device which is effective for treating post-operative pain. Tiffany was extremely well prepared and proficient in its use. More importantly I have benefited from her extensive knowledge of the human body and the many way in which I could improve my stretching and posture. Tiffany kindly designed a special program that I intend to use for the indefinite future for real benefits. Thank you Tiffany!
My experience with Virginian Rehabilitation &Wellness provide excellent care. Larajean, Karla were very professional, caring and instrumental in helping me resolve balance issues by teaching me new techniques and coping mechanisms. I would highly recommend VR and would return if need be.
Outstanding Facility! I attended Occupational Therapy for 15 weeks with Occupational Therapist, Graham J. From the Front Desk to the therapists, it is a 1st class facility with professional individuals who are kind and caring to their patients.
