When I started physical therapy with Matt, I had chronic hip pain and couldn’t walk around the block, even though I’d always been active. Worse yet, I was missing out on precious moments with our grandkids, like playing in the snow. Matt guided me through the process of being diagnosed with spinal stenosis. My doctor said the best thing I could do was continue working with Matt. After a few more months of physical therapy, I was ready for strength training. Thanks to Matt’s expertise, my confidence and balance, core strength, and overall conditioning dramatically improved. I now walk - pain free - for an hour at a time, up and down steep hills. It’s exhilarating! I’ll work with Matt indefinitely, because as I’m getting older, I’m getting stronger. Training with Matt feels like fooling Father Time!
