Vineyard Hills Health Center

Third world service. Food poor. Staff poor listeners. Minimal assistance. Takes 15 minutes response on call button. Never returning. They cheap out on evening. I blame Compass health for poor equipping. There's even a shortage of pillows and wheel chairs.. They even wanted me to check my own blood sugar. I refused.

Thank you for the incredible care at Vineyard Hills Health Center. My 91 yr old father was treated with amazing compassion and care. The entire staff, CNA’s, Nurses, PT, OT and Social Worker, were so professional and sensitive to my dad’s needs. I am very thankful for the high standard of training provided the staff and their willingness to make adjustments to his care when needed. Even the Cleaning of the facility was at the highest standard. I was so impressed. Again, thank you for the impeccable service - care like this is hard to find.

Vineyard Hills offers the most compassionate care. The staff is kind and caring. The facility is very clean and does not have that "nursing home " smell. The rehab patients are very busy with therapy, which most actually find fun and enjoyable. There are many activities to participate in during the day. I would recommend this facility to anyone

A great group of compassionate individuals that keep the facility and their residents/patients cared for. The nurses, CNA staff and therapists ( as well as ALL the ancillary departments, and management) are absolutely amazing, and even through the covid mania, they have continued support their clients and families. Also, there are not too many places that you can get paid to learn new skills that open the doors for a new career in becoming a CNA, as well as supporting nurses that want to advance in their licensure. The company truly offers a lot that adds to overall wellness of our community!

In the past I have heard nothing good about this facility and now that my wife is there I can with authority say that all the bad things I've heard are TRUE. With very few exceptions the staff are slow to respond, lack gentleness, are rude and in no way are we receiving the service we were expecting. My wife is there recovering from knee replacement surgery and was sent there in order to receive regular physical therapy. Thus far the P/T has been sporadic and in my layman's opinion inadequate. I can only hope that this evaluation lands on the desk of someone who gives a damn about the facilities reputation and corrects some of my concerns.

I would like to give more stars. The people are caring and friendly. My problem is getting my pain meds on time. on mire than one occasion I have called for help only to be told the nurse is on her way or just outside the door. Waiting for more than 2 hours for relief is unacceptable.

My mom has been there for five years. She has received the best care we could ask for.
