I came to Vineyard Complimentary Medical hoping to reduce pain in my back and legs. I was greeted by a very pleasant staff. When I met Susan for the therapy, she listened quietly to my concerns. She provided me with the acupuncture. The room was warm, quiet and comfortable. I really liked the environment and had many sessions. I highly recommend Vineyard Complimentary Medicine! I felt very well taken care of by the staff at Complementary Medicine. They worked as a team to help me with my problem. I was thoroughly evaluated, set up with a program, and then did Acupuncture to help manage the pain. I was not a believer of Acupuncture until Susan worked with me. I would highly recommend their highly professional staff.

The office staff is very efficient, fast, and friendly. My physical therapist kept good records of my progress and adjusted my exercises as needed to strengthen the same muscles or start on a new muscle. She was encouraging but challenged me appropriately. I had a great experience.

Vineyard Complementary is great. It gets very busy so it can take "a minute" to get an initial appointment, but don't worry! They say they will get back to you and they do! I have been working with Camille over the past couple weeks. My complaint was a severely arthritic ankle that has been painful for a couple of years. Thanks to Camille, I can report greatly reduced pain and increased functionality, the two holy grails of PT. I'd call it a miracle but I think it is really her skill and expertise. Thank you VCM for a great experience.

The staff at VCM is top rate! Not only are they knowledgeable in all their fields, but they listen and work with their patients to achieve the best results.
