An excellent facility for both short and long-stay residents. Nursing and therapy are outstanding - dietary is one of the best in any skilled nursing facility. These are truly caring folks that would do anything to keep your loved one happy, healthy, and safe.

This facility put people requiring a hoyer lift on the memory care unit with my family member and don’t even have a hoyer lift for the hallway. They have to wait until the main floor is done with all of their patients before they can even get to use one. The new administrator is rude and disrespectful too just like the last one. They’ve gone down hill in the last few months.

I have been in this building many times with family and friends. I also finished my clinicals in this building I have been in the nursing field for nearly 12 years what always sticks out the most is a clean building this has always been very clean inside and out when you pull up in the parking lot the beauty of this building starts and just gets better when you walk in the second thing that I look for are smiles and when you walk in to this building you will see smiles from the staff ready and willing to help but even better you will see them from the residents and that is always how you know you have came to a good family place for your loved ones. I have had 2 family members in this building and not only was I pleased with the care so where they. this will always be a place I think of first to bring my family

This is a great facility. The staff is very kind and compassionate. I have had the opportunity to visit this place when working as a hospice nurse and then again when my family was there. They provide great care and it shows.

Thus far, I'm very satisfied with the care and the staff have been great! My family member is receiving quality care from both, the aides and nursing staff and I'm very happy and relieved about it.

This is the place to take someone in need for rehab. We were very impressed with the care and quality of therapy for my father in law. I highly recommend Village Springs and I would hope to go there if I needed the services they offer than anywhere in the area.

In my experience this facility is sorely under staffed and patients are left waiting for some times 30mins or more. Call lights are not answered in order of need, or any order period. The CNAS/PCAS/nurses all hover around the nurses station, some standing some sitting with feet kicked up. Residents are left in the dark about their plan of care. Gloves are not used when handling food/beverages. Painful Wounds/sores/scrapes are left untreated. Residents are treated as tho they are a task and not an individual. No person should be left at the mercy of some employees here. After waiting 24min One individual was told they didn't need a dry brief bc it was only slightly wet. Approximately 45 min later resident was allowed a dry brief where there was an apparent rash on their backside. Another resident recovering from pneumonia was left flat in their bed with both the bed remote and call button out of reach. Not only could you hear her labored breathing, you could see it. No attempt to help was ever made by staff. Upon questioning resident I was informed that they had requested assistance for different needs and none of them were met, not even the need for an eye appointment after suddenly losing vision. The resident has clear thoughts and makes rational decisions on her own, however age and physically ability force her rely on lazy uncaring cold-hearted poorly trained individuals that lack empathy, respect, and general care. Bedside manner? They have none, one aid never acknowledged the resident period. Did not ask what the needs were and due to that and the aids inability listen the clients main need was not met. I went to the nurses station myself to ask a question and a very large woman with a horrendous attitude of the same size let out a sigh of annoyance as she looked down her nose to answer my question concerning the resident she's repeatedly skipped over. Her name is Scarlett, she's down right rude and is a PCA in the facility. Her blatant disregard for her residents breaks my heart to the point that I am advocating for the residents here and offer a warning to those considering village Springs, unless your loved one has support and someone to check on them often do not place them here. They're not being cared for properly by any means.
