I’ve been going to VPT for about a month. I have been attending the small group classes that have at the most 8 clients in a session. This gives the instructor time for critiques and helpful suggestions which is really helpful in this journey. I am getting stronger and feeling better about myself which I’m so thankful for. I also have been working with Justin in PT for my neuropathy and balance. I have definitely seen improvement and can’t wait to see my outcome!

I am in my 60s and have been a client at Village Fitness and Physical Therapy for 2 1/2 years. In the past 6 months, I have had increasing pain and flexibility issues due to bunions in my feet and my knee. These issues were starting to limit my ability to do the workout exercises. After a workshop by Dr. Justin on bunions, I signed up for a series of PT appointments with him. I am so glad I did. Now 8 weeks later, I have no pain, much more flexibility in my feet, and a greater understanding of how the feet relate to my ankles and legs. And Dr. Justin gave me a program of home exercises to keep on top of things. He’s very knowledgeable and was committed to my success. I highly recommend him.

I highly recommend Village Physical Therapy! I started at Village with an 8-week pelvic floor PT program with Dr. Erica. She is professional, knowledgeable, and takes a holistic approach. She always made me feel comfortable and really helped me with my postpartum issues. She also helped me with exercises that would get me back to running safely. After the PT program, I continued on the fitness side with a 12-week small group training program. This experience has been unlike any other program I've done at a gym. All the instructors are knowledgeable and so helpful, providing a very personalized experience even in a group setting. All the coaches go the extra mile to learn your name, even before they've met you, your skill level, and your needs based on injuries, fitness status, etc. I always feel confident that I won't get hurt and that I will get the most benefit from my efforts. Village offers so many resources and has a friendly, upbeat environment. It feels good to be seen and encouraged by the coaches and the other members. I actually look forward to working out and seeing my progress!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently completed a series of PT sessions and I cannot emphasize enough how transformative the experience has been. Dr. Justin was exceptionally knowledgeable and his approach significantly alleviated my low back pain. I especially love that he customized his approach to meet my specific needs. He even taught me how to lift weights correctly to prevent injury. Thanks to Village, I can now play with my toddler with complete confidence and joy. I am truly grateful for the service and would recommend them to anyone seeking effective low back pain relief.

I highly recommend Village Physical Therapy if your looking for a knowledge and friendly staff who are committed to improving your quality of life. I came to VPT with chronic lower back pains. I'm currently in the middle of my program and can say I've already started feeling some relief in my lower back. Erik and Justin have taken extreme care in crafting a personal workout plan. The value of the information, the personal care given and the friendly staff have been well worth the fees. As an ex college athlete, all I want to be able to do is still enjoy the sport I love. My wife and I have been getting physically fit since May 2022 with private lessons coached by Brandon. He is an excellent coach and trainer not only taking us through different exercises but also explaining the science behind each activity we do and the different muscles and bones in our body with pictures and graphs. I’m 70 years old and last year had bi-lateral hip replacement surgery. He has been very good in working with me to strengthen all those muscles in my back and legs so I can do things I did 20 years ago. The Management, Staff, and everyone there are very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this business if you are serious about getting in shape and improving your health.

At almost two years postpartum, I was hesitant to finally take the plunge and invest in myself in this holistic way, and I'm so glad I did! Through my time working with Dr. Erica I was able to identify healthier movements, understand my body more fully, and gain a bigger picture of what I need to be physically healthy and mentally strong.
