Sardou is an awesome addition to the staff. He always answers the phone and has an upbeat pleasant attitude. He is very accommodating with any issues or concerns I have with my child’s appointments. Absolutely five stars for him!!!👍

They are so AWESOME and has done AMAZING work with my daughter! They continue to push her to be the best she can be and we (family) are so THANKFUL and BLESSED to be apart of this special family. Dr. Brunson is truly amazing at what she does. She was able to get me and my daughter going in the right direction and eased a lot of my anxiety as a new mom. The office offers a lot of different services and Dr. Brunson was able to help identify what would serve us best. She helped restore my confidence as a parent and outlined strategies tailored to our daughter’s personality so that she will THRIVE. Looking forward to working with her and her team!

My initial experience with this provider was great but ultimately ended up being the same as another commenter who mentioned sending the requested documents, resending other documents and not hearing anything back (though I received email confirmation that I’d hear back the same day and was told something similar when calling days later after no response). This was a very frustrating experience and while I plan on receiving a referral for another provider, I thought it necessary to leave this review so that perhaps the owner is made aware of the poor customer service being provided.

We have had an excellent experience with Village Pathways. Our therapist, Emma, is engaging, kind and informative. My grandson son’s language has sprung to life since he started his sessions there. We can’t thank them enough.

If I could give a zero I sure would. I've been dealing with an old lady at this location stating send this and send that. I've sent everything then to say that they never receive it. A younger lady has been trying to help me. I get everything in then I'm told he needs to hear in test. I go get a hearing test but I have to go to eggleston to have him sedated. Now that everything's done and I turn it in on the 28th of last month I never hear anything. The old lady states are. Oh I'll check. Oh okay nothing. I called today now they have no openings. I can't even get him in. I went 6 months trying to get this kid speech therapy and cannot get it. I have to go through another company now. Absolutely ridiculous

Sent over required documents hoping for a call back within the same week to set up an appointment for speech therapy for my son, it’s been going on two weeks NO ONE has picked up the phone i’ve been calling every day no response or call back Can’t even leave a voicemail because it’s full this is very disappointing for a mom who looks into everything and tries to find the best care for my kid highly disappointed

Love Ms Hannah, you can’t go wrong with them. All the worried mom’s out there, this place will help your kid move in the speech ahead.
