Village Crest Center for Health & Rehabilitation

My mom was in there for 3 weeks. The only good thing was the physical therapy. Food was aweful. We had to actually call to see when she was gonna at least get a sponge bath. The aids sponge bath consisted of wiping her neck and back. Always was a delay getting someone in there to assist with bed pan. Just ridiculous! My mom had even asked for wash cloth so she can wash her face and was told the linen was locked up and she couldn't get to it!! Really? Just don't go to this place!!

The worst in so many ways. I gave it 1 star only because the Physical and Occupational therapists were great. First off, the food was terrible besides cold. It was the dirtiest and unsanitary place I've ever stayed in. Most of the nurses were responsive 1 out of 3 times. So many times when I rang for a nurse to request something, they would come see me then leave and never come back. The social worker should be fired. I was told that I would get my prescriptions when I left. Wrong. I had to inconvenience my loved ones to get my medication from my local pharmacy. It literally took me the days to get all my medication. Never again. Do not go there!

My mother was recently here for a few months. All the staff were amazing and the facility was clean. Lauren the case worker was by far the best I've worked with. She is kind, clear consise and went above and beyond to support my mother and I during a trying time. Was very impressed with her knowledge and professionalism.

My mother recently stayed at Village Crest. While I was impressed by most of the staff I would like to single out Director of Social Services Lauren Jone for her professionalism, competence and compassion. Village Crest and its patients are lucky to have her.

Mom was moved to Village Crest last night. I went to see her today and everything was great. I finally feel like she’s in good hands. 💖Thank you.

So thankful for Village Crest! They took excellent care of my mom for over two weeks. Care and PT/OT were superb. Only wish there was one care coordinator...was hard to find someone to speak to regarding her medical needs and plan. Otherwise, nursing, facility, activities, all terrific.

My father stayed at Village Crest for a respite stay back in January of 2023. The nurses, physical rehabilitation staff and social workers along with all the patient facing staff are amazing. My father was extremely well cared for during several stays he has had at this facility. That said, the office and administration are completely unresponsive. My father ended up having to leave and be admitted to hospital, thus shortening the stay he was scheduled for to be cut short by 10 days. I was told that the days that he did not stay for would be refunded to me at the daily rate we paid upon his admission. Four months later, after multiple e-mails, in person visits and phone calls which go unanswered, I still have not received a refund. In writing this I hope this makes others aware prior to making a decision to send their loved ones to this facility. From a financial perspective, we held up our end of the agreement and paid in full, prior to my Father's arrival. Based on the lack of actions to date, it is clear that Village Crest does not intend to hold up their end of the agreement and return the funds we are rightly owed.

Lauren at Village Crest was so incredibly accomidating and helpful. The staff was just fantastic 🎉 all the patients are treated like patients and not just a bed. Bravo Village Crest staff for your outstanding help and care☺️
