The staff here is amazing! They're very helpful and always do an amazing job addressing any of my concerns and questions. CNA's always do a great job of helping out on all resident's needs! Activities Director consistently presents new activities to keep the residents entertained and feel at home. I recommend this facility for your family members!

Great customer service from the moment you walk through the doors. Their admission team is very knowledgeable and attentive. There nurses and CNAs were so kind and helpful. They answered all my questions. The rehab team was stellar. I would definitely recommend Villa Maria for your family. It’s family taking care of family.

This facility by far has been the best that my mother has stayed in. Her care team were great and made sure she was well educated before her discharge back home. The nurses were prompt in addressing her pain need which was our main concern. Thank you villa team!

Our Aunt was at Villa Maria for about 2 months. She was well taken care of by all the staff at Villa Maria Post Acute Center. Therapy team and the nursing team were very professional and attentive to our aunt’s needs. Special “Thank You” to BJ, he not only helped us with the admission, through out the 2 months, he continued assisting us with all of our questions and concerns. We also want to thank Social Worker Karen and her team for all of their assistance.

I can't help but get emotional when I think about my experience at this skilled nursing facility. The care and support I received were absolutely incredible. The staff's unwavering dedication and kindness brought tears of gratitude to my eyes. They treated me like family, providing not just medical care, but also emotional support during my time there. The facility itself was a haven of comfort and warmth, making it easier to face the challenges of recovery. I am giving this facility a 5 star: Before my uncle was transferred here, from another facility that let him become fully dependent, pretty much bed bound, depressed, not eating, and not wanting to be out of his room. He has been at Villa for about 2 months and you can visually see a difference as he’s happy, he enjoys going out of his room, he’s actually participated in activities, he’s using the restroom on his own w supervision, and able to walk with a walker. The activities director is constantly doing new things and makes sure she does things that EVERYONE enjoys- she makes it a point when my uncle is participating that she plays 50s music and does trivia as that’s what he enjoys. She even makes it a point to include him in nail care when its “manicure day” which I never asked but she did on her own and it really made me smile because I always did it and had a hard time. It brings tears to my eyes how well he’s done in such little time. The staff really looks after him and his needs. The CNAs and nurses are great with him! It’s such a day and night difference from where he was at and I really appreciate all of the staffs hard work and dedication to ALL OF their patients including my uncle. In my eyes and heart, I am extremely grateful for everything they have done and continue to do every day for him. The staff are always on top of things and I really feel like he’s being taken care of the way he should be. He’s a very picky eater and loses weight here and there but the dietician is working with him every day and making sure she changes the menu to his liking getting his opinion every morning. I’m his RP so I’m always in the loop which makes me feel good. Therapy works with him and he enjoys that a lot. He also gets his hair shampooed, cut, and styled in the facilities salon every 6 weeks which makes him feel like a person again; even gets his mustache and eyebrows trimmed which I always had to do. Thank you villa maria post acute! It means the world to me and my family that u have cared for him the way you have.
