I can't say enough good things about my care at Victory Therapy & Wellness. From the moment I walked in, everyone I encountered was extremely professional, knowledgeable and caring. The front office staff was very welcoming and efficient with checking me in for my appointments. They were always friendly and answered any questions I had. All of the physical therapists were wonderful. They took the time to fully evaluate me, understand my goals, and design a customized treatment plan to address my needs. At each session they provided excellent hands-on care and guidance with exercises. Most importantly, I've noticed significant improvement with my shoulder thanks to the treatment I received. I would highly recommend Victory Therapy & Wellness to anyone in need of physical therapy. The level of service and professionalism is top-notch. I feel like I received the best possible care.

I have had a great experience with my PT at Victory. Regina always greets me with a warm welcome. She is wonderful at accommodating me for my appointments. Never had any problems with billing my insurance. I usually go back when I arrive. Bill is a knowledgeable therapist. He has aligned an intense workout and a well needed stretch each visit. John is great with assisting me. Tim is always kind and friendly. My therapy sessions have helped my mobility and has been great for my shoulder recovery! Thanks to all the staff!

Bill and his team provided professional, proficient, and courteous care to me following rotator cuff surgery. Bill is very knowledgeable and provided thorough care for me to fully recover from shoulder surgery. I strongly recommend Victory Therapy and Wellness for all of your physical therapy needs. You do not have to go out of town to receive quality treatment.

I had a knee replacement done the 1st week of Dec. Started physical therapy at this facility the following day. The staff are excellent people who are friendly and they made me feel comfortable and relaxed when I had my appointments. They asked what my goals where and expectations after I had this procedure. They explained to me what different exercises/therapy I would be doing and how it will benefit my recover and healing process and help me reach my goals. Bill, Emily, Timmie and Regena are great people and are truly interested in your wellbeing. They listen to you if you have questions or concerns and give you answer or find the answers to those questions. I have finished my physical therapy last Monday, I'm walking with very little to no limp, the knee feels strong and I'm back to doing most of my usual activities. Still doing strength exercises at home and will for a while yet because the knee is still healing. I very highly recommend Victory Therapy & Wellness to anyone that requires therapy. I was at the point I thought I would never be able to walk again from CIDP. I am now walking and doing a lot of things that I could not do before therapy. All the staff were so encouraging and worked so hard with me. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. I can’t thank them enough!!
