Victoria Care Center

My dad has stayed at Victoria Care twice. In 2022 and 2023. Both times he was taken care of in a compassionate and caring manner. Hopefully we don’t ever need to go back!!! But if skilled nursing is needed, we would 100% take him here again

I'm a 4th generation patient to Victoria Care Center, and this was my second time in. I'm impressed with how caring & attentive each staff member is. Lots of activities to keep busy. My favorite was bingo. I picked up rock painting while I was there {though not offered} and continue to keep myself busy with it today. With daily social hours I've made life long friends. The facility is always clean too. I definitely recommend this place.

Victoria Care has helped our family many times over the years. The PT/OT teams are tops. Nursing and assistance are caring and respectful.

We were very pleased with our experience at Victoria. They always went out of their way to help, and the facilities were pleasant. We would highly recommend to anyone who asked!

My mom just got released after a three week stay at Victoria Care Center following a full knee replacement. The staff was very attentive and took excellent care of her . Every time I visited she was clean , happy and in good spirits. She plans on getting her second knee done next year and we will definitely be going back for her recovery again . Thank you for putting my mind at ease and taking such good care of my mom . 🙏❤️

My mom has been admitted to Victoria Care Center 2 times. She loves the nurses and tells me they take good care of her. Anytime she rings for a nurse. They respond right away. I have never witnessed any neglect or abuse with any of the patients. The elderly are hard to please. But my mother Sylvia Sundquist had no complaints. You can't believe everything you read. I had my doubts from reading bad reviews. But I asked her about it. She told me it was not true. They are very nice and take good care of her.

Awful place. Dad was there for six weeks. They did nothing but left him to lay in bed & get bed sores. The day of his release they left him sitting in a wheelchair for 7 hrs. His feet got so swollen. They are all lazy & barely speak English. Lilly was the case worker & was nice but does not do her job either. CaGoing to call
