Victoria Care Center

This company is a mess. They sent out checks that are bouncing to employees and making them wait weeks for them to fix it

When I first called Victoria Care Center I spoke to Cathy, she was very caring and supportive she answered all my questions. When I went to the facility to get a tour as I walked in I saw that the facility was very clean. Cathy was very warm and caring and gave me a great tour. The staff was very welcoming and caring, The patients looked happy and I was very impressed. My sister now is a patient at Victoria Care Center she receives Excellent care. My sister is very happy here. I highly recommend Victoria Care Center for your loved one.

I was discharged on November 10 last year. I miss all the people who work there. All of them working heard with warm hart. They keep me very comfortable and clean all the time. I love them all.

I would stay away from this place. My husband came here in good shape after Kindred La Mirada, he just needed more time for physical therapy. He acquired in that Victoria care Covid, MRSA and Candida auris infections. More over, they were going to give him Covid vaccine when he was having active Covid! Plus the food was absolutely terrible. After that place my husband is in a terrible condition in IR, having stomach bleeding, erosion caused by the bacterias he was infected there. He is in a very heavy condition now, on life support after that nursing home. Stay away from that place , that is my advice.

one of the staff members yelled at my great grandma, when she spilled soup on herself, but she said it was a joke but like who does that? as a joke? i was so close to getting her out of that place.

Wonderful facility for Rehab... Friendly, caring nurses/cna/admin.... If you are looking for a place/skilled nursing facility in SGV, please choose Victoria Care Center!!
