Mirandah is exceptional at her job! She was very welcoming, upbeat and made me feel at home! And the Doctor was very kind with a way above average level of caring for me and my body. Her bedside manner was phenomenal, I felt heard by her. And I could tell she really did care! Thank you both for such a great first experience!

This location seems to never answer the phone. I've been trying to book a session for my mother who recently had a hip replacement and literally, no one answers. I've also heard from other patients to avoid this place at all cost because the front desk folks are rude teeenagers with no manners so, maybe it's a sign to not come here. Which is hard to believe since they have such high ratings. But the mere fact that no one anwers makes me think that maybe the patients are right.

This is the first time coming to the Vibrant Care Grant Line location in Tracy. I have good experiences and am so glad to go to this place. The people working at this place are so respectful; they know what to do, and they are so patient. Compared to other facilities, This facility takes their time, listening to the patients, and doing their best. I enjoy going there. When my session is complete, I don’t want to leave. Thanks to all of them, especially Justin and Jaylin! And again all the team.

The desk clerk isn't polite at all. She's should be welcoming & polite as the front face of process. VERY short, not helpful. As far as the therapist He was pretty good, this is why I gave 3 stars. He was a bit more helpful. Actually a bit kinder. Reminder we are referred here for help due to pain and require help & kindness. Given the choice I'd choose another place .Active physical is top tire or golden bear is 2nd choice

Suffered from Dequervains on my wrist for nearly 2 years. Went to another physiotherapist in bay area before where the pain got worse. But my physiotherapist, SHEETAL here at Vibrant Care did an amazing job explaining the various exercises and importance of strength training, which has finally helped alleviate close to 90% of my chronic pain. Highly recommend VibrantCare and Dr. Sheetal for any physio needs. I should also mention how amazing and friendly the staff is here at VibrantCare. 5 🌟
