This is an outstanding physical therapy clinic! I have primarily worked with James, and he has built a program for me with care and expertise. Don't let his gentle demeanor fool you, he knows what he's doing. I am ending my time with him feeling so much better and confident that I can continue managing my issues on my own. The clinic is also clean and calm, plays nice music, and works with most insurances, including Contra Costa Health Plan! I am so glad I found it. Pro tip: Get on their wait list if you want a sooner appointment.

After my shoulder surgery I was looking for a PT location near Danville which was network with Anthem Blue Cross. To my surprise, the first few companies I contacted were not. So I wound up with VibrantCare in San Ramon. And…I could not be happier. I HIGHLY recommend these folks. The facility is conveniently located and well equipped. But most important, the people are awesome. James is expert in his craft but is also super sincere and is genuinely interested in one’s recovery. And everyone at the San Ramon office is efficient and pleasant. I honestly could not be more happy with the quality of the care I have received.

I decided to give Vibrant Care Rehabilitation a try. I was experiencing vertigo and needed help to stop the spinning. What a lucky break for me. The place is welcoming, and the staff is friendly. Everyone went above and beyond to help me solve my problem. The therapist, James was amazing, extremely competent and caring. He helped me understand the cause of my dizziness and what things I could do at home to control it. He even gave me some exercises and a website that I could go to if or when the problem returns. The support staff were easy to work with to set up my appointment and it wasn’t a problem to make a last-minute change. I have already recommended VibrantCare to friends and will not hesitate to go back in the future for any additional problems that might need the attention of a competent physical therapist.

PTs and personnel are knowledgeable and helpful; sometimes managing multiple patients and treating each person with respect. While it is tricky to schedule appointments only on Tuesdays and Thursday, they do their best to accommodate.

Very clean, courteous and professional staff. My mother who does not know English goes to this place. I was initially there to help do the translations, but they somehow take extra effort by communicating with words and gestures. Apart from the other bells and whistles - the service is also very good and staff know what they are doing. After visiting this place my mother's Sciatica pain came down significantly. Personally I have been to multiple other physio rehabs places, but by far this, esp the San Ramon branch is THE best!!

Very rude and disrespectful staff, I showed up on time, but since they are not flexible and not accommodating people with disabilities, they wanted to schedule my appointment! Not recommend them for anybody!

Very rude staff and completely lack of customer service skills. They need to learn how to treat customers here in the San Ramon location.
