VibrantCare Rehabilitation

This was a new experience for me. From the minute I walked in I was greeted with friendly and professional staff. The facility is open, clean and well organized. My PT, Stephanie, was very thorough and explained every exercise. Very knowledgeable. Bottom line my pain went away and I'm very happy with the results. I would recommend this place highly.

The staff is always kind and encouraging. I went to pt for about a month and my back has strengthened so much. The exercises were really helpful and mindful of at home equipment/space. Thank you PT Steph!

Stephanie was able to help me get mobility back in my shoulder after having pain for months. Went to the chiropractor, acupuncture, shock therapy and sports massages. They all helped but I still didn’t have full shoulder mobility. Thanks Stephanie for helping me, I feel normal again!

I am immensely grateful for the team and quality of care here - VibrantCare genuinely CARES. They have been helping me with physical therapy to recover from a spiral fracture in my distal humeral region that required surgery with a plate screwed into my arm. I was terrified before the surgery that my arm would never fully recover, but because of the amazing folks at VibrantCare I now have almost full mobility and sensation back now, and I’m gaining strength every week and after each session. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else for your PT needs, and their pricing and availability is very accessible; plus the therapists are incredibly kind, thoughtful, patient, and professional. I'm sorry to say that I've had PT at least half a dozen times over the past two decades but VibrantCare South Land Park was far and away the best experience ever. Stephanie, leveraging her wealth of knowledge of Physical Therapy, both academic and experiential, worked closely with me to design a personalized program to get my newly replaced shoulder working, steadily encouraging me to progress but never pushing too far. She, Rodrigo, and the rest of the gang were unfailingly friendly and welcoming. I actually looked forward to my visits and now that three weeks have passed since "graduation" I find myself missing visiting them. That is and was completely unexpected, never having been the case with my PT experiences in the past. I can't recommend these people, thus this place, enough.

I worked mostly with Stephanie over the past four months to loosen up a locked shoulder. All of the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Every week I have made progress towards my goals, and have inproved movement in my shoulder. At this point, my shoulder has almost fully returned to before injury status.

The staff at VibrantCare is so welcoming and friendly! Their knowledge for my specific condition was helpful and alleviated much of the strain I experience. Would definitely recommend!

id definitely recommend coming to vibrant care best physical therapy in sacramento, they are very nice and they make sure youre doing okay with every visit. all the members have been super sweet during my visits they have been able to help with any new discomforts ive had even when i wasnt too sure what caused it.
