While not the fanciest or shiniest, the Pat Edward is very knowledgeable and friendly. My grandmother, who is 96, has been visiting the facility twice a week to address some issues with one of her legs. She has shown great improvement since starting her sessions.

I am very disappointed because I can't get through them. I had to come to Vibrant Care Rehabilitation and schedule an appointment only in person. I waited for my appointment for almost 3 weeks, but when I arrived, it was closed with a notice apologizing that Vibrant Care Rehabilitation was not working on that day and I should call again. I called, but again couldn't get through and left a voicemail. I waited for a few days and realized that this is a completely irresponsible organization doesn't care about patients. I came again. It was May 20th. It was supposed to work this afternoon, but was shut down again. There was no announcement paper this time.

I have met with Ian 3 times now. When I first came in, I had debilitating back and hip pain. At each visit, I had felt immediate improvement that has just continued to improve. Not only has Ian helped me to relieve the current issues that brought me in, he has provided me with useful tips that I will take with me. His knowledge and experience has been very helpful. I am not scheduled with him for my final 2 visits but I can guarantee that he has cured me of the pain I came in with. Thank you VibrantCare and Ian!

Although I only required five physical therapy sessions, I could not have been happier with the care I received at the Fulton Avenue VibrantCare. Everyone in the office was very attentive and knowledgeable, especially the main physical therapist. I am feeling much stronger and in less pain after only a couple months . I would highly recommend them!

Excessive management problems. Every time my family goes here, a therapist is a no show, or late, or doesn't know how to schedule anything; when there is a therapist they do their best to cover for whoever is missing, but then all the patients there are cheated out of the attention they deserve.

I love the care, compassion and professionalism that I receive here at the Fulton location. I’ve had PT at many other places, but this is easily my favorite.

Just wow. In the first few sessions I was asked to describe my entire medical history pertaining to why i was there. Private stuff right? Nah, I was expected to answer while another patient sat a literal 2 feet from me, staring at me, awaiting my answer as well. And then the physicsl therapist seemed taken aback I would dare ask for privacy to discuss medical information. If you like physical therapy with an audience its great. I get to have a mom, and her young daughte of 9, who arent even there for therapy and are still in the "workout area," stare at me for 45 minutes while i exercise on the table next to them. Rather awkward to pelvic thrust into the air while a random woman and small girl stare at you. Right? I was asked why I dont go to the gym, and responded with "I don't like to be laughed at by muscle heads." So I continue my excerise but I can't complete it. My physical therapist just stares at me for about 30 seconds before moving on after writing something. So not 2 minutes after I just stated I had a complex about being laughed at; she is showing her notes about me to her friend (who isn't working with me at all) and they start laughing that she wrote "resistance to excercise" to me not completing the previous exercise. This has to be my worst expierence at any establishment in my life. I will be filing a complaint with the insurance company.
