Just ok. Gets the job done, kinda. More than likely you’ll be there because not many good places in the area seem to take blue cross/blue shield insurance. Have been referred many times for hip pain. Each time a travel PT was my therapist. They don’t have a permanent PT on staff so the care can be inconsistent. It’s also hard to know if they even review the treatment plan or notes the other PT leaves.

Stopped therapy after Liam dug his fingers into my arm muscle after shoulder surgery and I couldn’t move my arm for 4days afterwards. I saw him give care to a man and he did ultrasound on him but wouldn’t do this for me. Also got a bill for $600 when they billed it incorrectly to my insurance. Hassle to get this corrected. Wouldn’t go back ever. Too bad because they have a nice big facility but bad staffing and communication.

Kind, knowledgeable and caring staff. I felt very comfortable with Maya. Don't let her size fool you, she is very strong. Overall great experience.

One of the best therapy experiences I have ever had after surgery! Highly recommend this location.
