VibrantCare Rehabilitation

I had a work accident and was sent to VibrantCare. I received my physical therapy from Thomas and had a very pleasant experience. He was very kind, outgoing, and knowledgeable. He helped me recover at a comfortable pace and was very gentle. The rehab itself was very clean and organized.

Although they have improved at answering the phone, I don’t like that most therapists are not hands on with patients. Exercise and stretching is not the full package of what patients need for recovery. How can you know what is really going on with the patient’s muscles and joints if you don’t touch or feel? How can knots be released without out stimulation? Terry and Sam (who are travel therapists) brought great techniques such as scraping, massaging, and taping. Another therapist used Ems, but once they leave the EFFECTIVE treatments stop. I did my exercises at home but without the proper additional treatments I didn’t recover to my expectations. Also, a lot of therapists don’t increase or modify the exercises so I was doing the same exercises without having the intensity level increased which also wasn’t helpful. I was there to recover and be guided so I could safely recover. If I have to tell the therapist what to do then what gain is there?

Ive seen 4 therapists here and was very impressed w/everything from the facility itself to the care I received. Whether I had to do stretches and exercises or receive treatments or massage, each time I go in to this place I have always felt SO much better afterwards. I wish I could remember specific names so I could mention them but it has been a different therapist each time.

i was referred to vibrant care due to my arm pain (tennis elbow). i started off with pt, but they didn’t specialize in fine motor skills. i, then was referred to get an ot eval instead. that’s when i started to work with my occupational therapist, thomas. he is very knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and understanding. with the 5 sessions we’ve had, i have made significant improvements each week. i’ve been able to get more of my motion back and my pain has gone down. overall, i am very satisfied with the treatment and appreciative of all the help thomas have provided me.

Dr. Peng Fan is a wonderful PT who is a pleasure to work with! She evaluated me thoroughly for my initial assessment, and further explained my postural issues and how it coincides with my neck issues. Dr. Fan is my go-to PT at VibrantCare as I continue to receive treatment.

I have treated with great sensitivity and the Therapist has imparted great insight into my issues and I have new routines that have helped me address my aches and pains and conditions. I am delighted

The Vibrant Care in Pinole is awesome. They were able to fit me in and start my PT so that I could get to healing quicker and get my hand back to normal. Carlos at the front desk was so kind and helpful. He was very professional and helped to fit me in when they were booked. The Orthelopedic PT Kheng was excellent and helped build my confidence back with the exercises he gave me. I'm happy to be doing my PT and so close to home.

Good experience so far. Front staff got all my sessions scheduled at end of my first session. Went home with exercises to do every day. Staff were all friendly and helpful.
