This is an amazing rehabilitation clinic. I can say it is the best clinic I have ever been into. Staff are very friendly and very flexible with your appointments. David Cortez is amazing, very friendly, and helpful, always answering any questions you may have always caring about your health and concerns . Angela is the best, most friendly, and talkative person always with a positive vibe and always making sure everything is clean and on point. It's an amazing job for both of you guys. Keep up the great job you guys always do

Today was my first day and I am left so happy. I’m so thankful to have been referred to a caring facility. Going in I was really nervous and scared (I was in extreme pain). David DPT helped me to the point I was able to walk out feeling at ease and in less pain to how I walked in. The front office staff was so welcoming, there was a kind lady and she was so-so sweet. I’ve never met anyone who works front office/reception as kind as she. Overall I look forward to getting healthy and strong again with the care of this PT location. I will definitely be sending my friends and family here.

Was a patient here years ago and staff always friendly, interacts with the patients, fun, funny and I'm back again and still amazing and friendly! I would recommend anyone to come here at the Glendale Ave location!

At my first visit David provided a succinct education about the physio anatomy of my injury site. Every visit afterwards was productive because of the kind, attentive and knowledgeable staff. The very specific at home exercises were very important. I can not stress that enough. Also the internet was not a good source for this info. Only a great place like this office can meet specific needs. Glad I went.

I started here in July; unable to walk upright, sit, lay flat or sleep. Within the week, I could straighten out my legs without pain. I went 3 days a week and everyone on the staff was so kind, friendly & helpful, I felt really comfortable working with them. After two months, I dropped down to once a week and 3 days ago I "graduated" (Oct 21). I was given plenty of stretches & exercises to do at home to maintain and stay healthy. I am so grateful to David Cortez & his entire staff. I strongly recommend them to anyone that needs PT - there is no better group in the Valley!

I went to another place for PT, got very little attention. Changed to Vibrant Care and immediately saw and felt the difference. They are amazing! Most caring, loving and attentive staff. Well trained and totally professional. They worked out a plan tailored to my specific needs. I had knee replacement surgery and Lauren, David, Angela and Rebecca couldn't have been more amazing getting me back on my feet! Thank you Team! A+!👍😍

Every physical therapist at the Glendale & 17th ave location is great !! The physical therapists work with you very closely to make sure you get better. They are all kind, compassionate and very knowledgeable. While also trying to make the environment fun and making you feel cared for. I would never go anywhere else for physical therapy after coming here. Scheduling is very easy and this location is conveniently located, especially if you're on public transportation. On major bus routes and the light rail.
