Brenda, Gio, Daniel, and Brandon are all super amazing! They are all extremely knowledgeable and genuinely care about getting you better, and making sure you have fun while getting better. I highly recommend this place. Just be prepared to put in the work, there is no slacking off while doing your therapies! Especially if Gio is watching you! :)

She's right (previous review) they pressure you to book for a month, book appointments for you without your knowledge. Then they mishandled appointments canceling on me multiple times for appointments I never made. They threatened to discharge you. However had a great experience with Ally she's great at what she does. She's the only one that listened to your aches and pains. I did not have the greatest experience with Brenda during physical therapy. Left me in pain for two weeks. Every time I let her know discomfort she would switch my routine but it would still cause pain. I would let her know of my limits and she would respond your not doing it correctly but wouldn't correct my work out. So I would stop due to the pain. She never took the time. So if I made an appointment I would make it to work with Ally. Because I never ran into these issues with her. She watched listened provided feedback and corrected my work out if needed. Overall dealing with the office part and only one reliable physical therapist that works part time; look for another location. I had a great experience with Vibrant Care in Phoenix on 19th Ave and Bethany but moving caused me to change locations which I regret changing now.

Everyone in the office is very friendly and patient. Been to a few PT office and this one was only one I am able to see good progress. They are very caring about all their clients.

Pressured to book for an entire month then when cancellation are needed due to unforeseen occurrences, Brenda threatens to discharge you. There has been an extreme overturn of staff and the lead PT, Brenda is more focused on caring for her son then treating patients. She's lazy and spaces out while assisting patients. Physical therapy care has to be better then this place.

Well today would have been my first day here at VibrantCare in Goodyear but I showed up on time and they said I would have to reschedule because I was late. I explained to the young man behind the desk that my appointment was at 12:00 noon and I was asked to show up at 11:30am for paperwork. He stated again that I was late and the therapist had things too do today and I would have too reschedule. Well I told them thanks for their horrible first impression this saved me a lot of wasted money in a place that didn’t want my business.

This PT facility has been fabulous. Compared to others I have been in, it is clean, the staff is friendly. The appointment scheduler always tries to work with my schedule. I was in for treatment a year ago and am returning for another round. I would and have recommended this to others.

My wife had physical therapy at this location. Having ahcccs insurance under the direction of her OBGYN she went to 4 visits where she received sub-par care. We received a letter stating she owes a total of co-pay of 180 dollars-- though she was told on multiple occasions that she did not have a co-pay. I happen to be a licensed Physical Therapist myself and if I get around to it, I may report this location to the board.... I worked for a clinic a mile from the location that is way better. Therapy should be 100% patient focused with ethical billing practices, which is not the case here.

I have been very pleased with the treatments I have been receiving. Brenda and her team are awesome!
