I can’t believe that Jessica relieved me of my incontinence in two sessions. For years I used to wear sanitary pads everyday due to leakage. I haven’t had to wear any in 3 months. Her straight forward exercises and her videos demonstrations of the exercises on her app were so helpful. My abdominal muscles have strengthened as well. She explains how the pelvic floor is an integral part of a full breath. I highly recommend Jessica for any pelvic floor issues. Wonderful young woman, warm, kind and thorough. Thank you Jessica. Jessica has been such a blessing during my pregnancy/postpartum journey. I am active and enjoy lifting weights, hiking, and running so when I found out I was pregnant I wanted to make sure I was taking care of my body/baby while also staying active. Jessica educated me on breathing techniques to ensure my pelvic floor health was a priority but also provided detailed workouts for me to follow during my pregnancy. At my 32 week session, she did an internal assessment and we worked on pushing techniques/breathing, ideal pushing positions, and hip positioning to allow baby to drop easier. I was able to push baby out using Jessica's breathing exercises and can attest it made a world of a difference. I was only pushing for 28 minutes and I know that is due to the work/guidance Jessica provided. Now being postpartum, Jessica has provided guidance on how to slowly bring working out back into my life to ensure my body recovers safely. Jessica's services have been such a blessing and I highly recommend her!

Pregnant with my third child and nearly unable to walk due to a thrown out back, I reached out to Jessica for help. She not only treated my back and helped me become pain free within a few days, but guided me through the rest of my pregnancy to strengthen my core, prevent further irritation, and prepare myself for labor. She created a custom exercise and mobility routine for me to gain strength in my core and pelvic floor. I started to notice improvement after just a few sessions and am now continuing the exercises on my own. The option of in-home visits was so convenient as a mom of a toddler and newborn.
