I wish no stars was a option but unfortunately that isn't the case. If you have a family member in this facility and you don't advocate for them I feel sorry for them. My grandmother was placed here after hoping they would rehabilitate her and allow her to come home. Needless to say that was a lie. They don't read medical records either. They sent my grandma to the hospital down the road for a issue that she had and was in her medical records from the hospital she was at before being transferred to Vibra. They failed to notify any family that she was ambulanced to the hospital down the road. There were many times she wanted to transferred back to be closer to family but the hospital refused to transfer her. I feel that Vibra robbed what time we had left with my grandma by keeping her there and not allowing her to come home closer to her family. Her Great Grandchildren at the time were 13, 11, 9 and 7 and adored their Great Grandma and we all had to travel 6 hours round trip to see our grandma. Administration there has no compassion for their patients or their patient's family members they only care about that pay check they get. The Administration especially the case manager she was very unprofessional and hung up the phone and then refused to answer and anytime we would call she would pick up the phone and just hang up. I don't understand how people there can be so heartless and not care about anyone but themselves if you are going to work in a place where you have long term patients and have to deal with family members you need to have some sort of heart and care for humans. If you can I would avoid Vibra by all costs do your research and find some place better then here. I will never forget the way they treated my family and how they robbed what little time our family had left with our Grandma that is something those heartless careless people will have to live with and hopefully they treat their family members better then they treated my family.

Vibra out of the 3 facilities I've been in that have been of the sort, has by far been one of the best I've been in. the nurses are extremely friendly and caring they listen and will fight Doctors for you. I've been in a Rehab for teens, a sniff, and this LTAC and out of the 3 experiences I've had this has been the smoothest. I am a type-1 diabetic, they listen and adjusted to my brittleness. They also adjusted to my needs and helped me where I couldn't help myself. This if I had to be put back in any place of the sort would be by far my first choice. Definitely would recommend.

One star is too much. We were mislead about bringing my Mom there. I have power of attorney and was never notified of anything, pertaining to her. We want to bring her closer to home for a better quality of life and they absolutely find any way they can to keep her there. Some staff members are rude and very unprofessional. They make assumptions regarding what is wrong and do not find out the true cause. I do not feel my Mom is safe there, and out entire family is now 3 hours away from her. I could go on about the poor care she is receiving there. DO NOT use this place unless you have NO other options!! The case Manager Amy would not even talk to me and the Ceo or whatever she is Emily did not return my calls. My Mom ended up passing away here because of thier unprofessionalism. They did everything they could to keep her there until.it was too late for us to be able to get her home. I would not recommend this place at all. I am filing a complaint with the state. I think it is pathetic when the administration will not even return calls or help in any way.

My brother came to Vibra with a Trach,Neck brace and Feeding tube and Head trauma to top it off, he was barely coherent, but they took care of them every day, making sure everything was clean, and just kept working with him till one day he started following commands, and from that moment on, you couldn’t stop him. The staff was always there with encouragement for him, and the family know how matter much we called on them they always responded and had a smile on their face. The first month we actually thought he would be this way forever but wow how wrong we were and on the fourth month my brother was well enough to go on to the next phase of his rehabilitaion. Our family owes them everything(our angels-our family) words cannot express what they’ve done and they need to be commended for how hard they work everyday.

Good: Easily the best facility I've been able to stay at. Staff always has a good attitude and the facility in general feels clean and seems 'up to date.' Concierge staff member Lisa stands out as a lively, upbeat, down-to-earth and helpful person always making/having time to listen, visit, or assist in any way possible. Bad: I didn't get to see a Dr. for 3 days leading up to discharge. Discharge took place a day early from when I was initially informed. I requested to speak to a charge nurse and/or Dr. prior to discharge -- Neither responded by the time I was discharged at 10:00am. My discharge papers were done by a nurse, which was a new experience for me. 3+ Nurses failed to escalate a complaint I shared about the white reverse-bidet pole attached to each white toilet intended to clean the bowl when needed. Easily fixed if escalated. I'm unable to locate the CMO's contact information, and the nurse was unable to find/share this information. Overall: Apart from the fact I'd be back in the hospital, and excluding the terrible discharge experience, I'd be excited to hear I was going to spend another stay at Vibra.

Amazing experience here at Vibra. The staff of extremely professional people literally save my life. I can’t say enough about them. The Concierge” Lisa J” made me feel so much at home that my time spent here was very pleasant. I highly recommend Vibra for any of you’ve extended care need.

My father was admitted to Vibra at the end of December. Initially, he was cared for in the LTAC department. He's since moved down to the TCU unit, having come to the point now where his recovery is primarily a matter of improving strength and stamina. During our time with the LTAC team we certainly learned a lot, and I appreciated their willingness to engage with our questions and bring in other team members who could speak more directly to our specific needs. By the end of our time there, we'd been invited to speak with each and every department head along the way. The CEO herself was surprisingly accessible and played a key role in bringing clarity and understanding at key decision points. Lisa, the concierge, was also a blessing - not only for my father during his stay with the LTAC team, but for our family. We had many questions and a few requests, and Lisa was always willing to help us get the clarity and support we needed. Over the course of the last few months I've come to a far better understanding of how hard the nursing staff in these kinds of facilities work, 24 hours a day, to care for the loved ones of our community. Just about anyone who finds themselves in need of time at a place like Vibra is working their way through a distinctly difficult moment in their journey. I certainly have a greater appreciation for the presence and the efforts of those who work with them as they navigate the road to recovery.
