Via Services

Via Services tech rep fixed my Maytag dryer quickly. His name is Sal. He arrived on time, was courteous, and had a terrific attitude. Sal explained what and why he was fixing as he went along. He answered all questions I had, not only about the dryer but also about the Maytag washer, which was purchased at the same time.

on 6.23.16 AJ came to install the new freezer gasket. it didn't solve the problem and he ordered a new door. AJ was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and had great wisdom about why the door handle didn't line up with the refrigerator door handle. it took a little time for the new freezer door to arrive and for me to work out a mutually convenient time to schedule. Everyone was helpful and courteous.

Our service guy was great he was on time and very informative and he gave us a lot of tips on how to extend the life of our washer and dryer.
