I ended up walking out and getting my deductible refunded after sitting in the back room for 45 minutes waiting for the doctor. This was now the 3-4 time it has been 45 minutes or more past my appointment time and left sitting in the room waiting for Kathryn Davis. Funny thing is I should have know better as the waiting room was backed up and again same excuse "she is running behind". I am sorry but change your appointment time blocks. Allow more time as this is an on going issue. Front desk ladies are rude as can be, lady who took my vitals rude and couldn't understand her - then after vitals was sent to the front lobby to sit again as they don't have rooms. They seem to not be able to keep any doctors staffed besides ones who don't give a crap and just rush you out the door.

I’ve been going to Verve for years and can’t say enough good things about it. Nice to know if I wake up with a kinked neck or stiff back, I can typically get in same day and Dr. Warkentin or Dr. Gunville will straighten me out. I’ve gone in for anything from routine adjustments, to injuries, to even a broken thumb they fixed. They’ll take in or out of network insurance. I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. I’ve probably recommended 4 or 5 friends and family members that go there now too.

Dr. Warkentin will move mountains for his patients. I received an injury that required PT. After no progress was made, I was able to get an MRI. When I got my results, Dr. Warkentin reviewed them with me and then made a few calls. Within twenty minutes, I was scheduled for a surgical consult with an amazing surgeon the next day!

I have given this place SOOOO many chances it's beyond ridiculous. Wouldn't even give them one star but I have to inorder to leave the review. I am business owner so please know ALOT had to happen for me to leave a bad review. I know how one bad review can hurt a business but something needs to be said. People's health may be at risk. I have never in my life seen a business operate in this manner. They never answer the phone. Majority of the time i just get an answering machine. Don't bother leaving messages cause they dont call back or even pass the message along to whoever it needs to be delivered to. I left I don't know how many messages on numerous occasions and not one call back. It took months to just get an appointment. When I say months let's just say I started this process in January to get ONE of the issues I'm having rectified and I'm just now getting that taken care of on June 17th. I have tried for the last month to just get an appointment for another issue I have, and nothing. It's been 3 weeks and I am still just simply waiting for any communication from this office. I got a call last week saying my message had been given to Kathryn Davis and yet over a week and still nothing. Why does it takes WEEKS/MONTHS to get anything done with this office? Its a joke!! So if you need anything looked at in a timely manner, avoid this place at all costs. Now if you have the time and your health isn't at risk, then this is your place. Be prepared to wait months for any kind of action to take place.

Started out great. But Doctors are either quitting or leaving. No one bothers returning calls or follow simple requests, like where to send a prescription or refills. Then I voice my concerns and ask to speak to a manager and the front desk girl sends me over to a voicemail of the assistant that doesn’t return calls. Then I call back and they must have saw my number cause they hung up on me without answering. Then call again and the girl says she will speak to the assistant and get my script sent urgently. lol. I feel I’m working harder than they are.

Overall, Verve Wellness (for medical) is a good facility. The staff is always so nice (NOT the front desk people). Susan is amazing and really cares about patients. She helped me a lot and I can't thank her enough. Andrea in billing is also a sweetheart. Of course no one wants to deal with bills, but she makes it easier to deal with and genuinely wants to help figure out the bill. There are a few slight issues I've experienced. The people in the front are either very nice or VERY rude with a side of extra attitude. I've had issues with figuring out insurance or them giving me another doctor who isn't covered under insurance that they failed to check so then I get stuck with a bill. I've noticed there are a lot of positive reviews which is great, but the negative ones I can kind of relate (all associated with the rudeness of the front desk people). The doctors seem to be pretty high in turn over rate. They never assign us a new pcp when the one we were seeing is not longer there - and then the insurance becomes an issue. It makes me question why certain doctors left so quickly. Dr. Grace Haynes, who has been a family doctor of mine for at least 15 years left. Brittany Brown was also amazing and she left. Then we were assigned to Amber Rober who also left. So just be prepared for that. I also had bloodwork done in Jan 2024 and the front desk barely got me on the calendar for April to go over it. It's been a good several months so I didn't really like that. Every place has its positives and negatives. Overall, give them a try. I really like them.

My provider and the front office staff were great. My provider ordered an MRI for each one of my feet. I scheduled those MRIs only to find out that there were clinical notes missing that weren't provided to my insurance company. I called to have those notes sent and was unable to reach my providers assistant. She did try to call me back, but never left a message and never provided me with any way to attain those notes. I waited another full day and even left a message on the front desks answering machine only to get no response. When I called to cancel my follow up appointments because there would be nothing to follow up with I explained to them why I was canceling. I also explained to them that I can barely walk and I need my feet to be fixed. It has now been two full days and they have yet to call me back and apologize or try to get me taken care of. Needless to say, I will be seeking a new provider and making sure that nobody I know attempts to go to the verve wellness Center. Apparently they have so much business that they don't have to accommodate their old clientele. This is just another reason I don't use doctors.
