As a chronic pain patient, physical therapy is part of my life. I’ve worked with many therapists and cannot recommend Noah highly enough. He is so personable and makes (what can be) a difficult process enjoyable, and somehow, fun! His encouraging nature makes things seem more possible, and he is a gifted teacher, always checking to be sure I remember the things he has taught. Beyond that, he follows-up, follows-through and is an excellent communicator. Absolutely recommend.

Noah is a phenomenal physical therapist - knowledgeable, effective and kind. He brings a warm, compassionate presence, curiosity and sense of humor to all of our interactions. He has extensive training in methods that target symptoms and their causes while also taking the balance and alignment of the full body into account. I credit him with my recovery from a ruptured L5-S1 disc. I also received feedback from an orthopedic surgeon that the work we did had caused miraculous improvement. In each phase of my healing process he provided highly effective exercises and manual therapy, as well as supportive advice on how to navigate a challenging medical situation. I recommend his work to everyone who wants to resolve pain and learn to move with greater balance, power, and ease.

Working with Noah was great! Our focus was on my hips, and not only do I no longer have hip pain, but my hips feel stronger and more mobile than ever. During my time working with Noah we did a focused program to increase my mobility and strength. Noah was excellent at teaching the exercises as well as explaining what each one was achieving and why it was important. Upon reaching a point that I felt happy with results, he took the time to help me outline a sustainable routine that I could mix in with my regular exercise to keep all of the increased compacity we gained in my joints. Highly recommend!

I have been seeing Noah for about four months, and couldn't be happier. I had become resigned to having a weak knee after an injury ten years ago, and thought I would never run or hike again without pain, but Noah has helped me improve my range of motion and strength so that I'm on my way to a full recovery. He has such a positive, can-do attitude, and is incredibly passionate about his work. He's also very knowledgeable and helps me understand what's going on with my body and all the different ways I can improve. It's a whole different experience than the PT I've done previously: one that makes me feel excited and in control of my health.

I started working with Noah to see if I could at least halt the progression of my age related curvature of the spine (dowager's hump) which was exacerbated by my underlying, though mild, scoliosis. Noah was very encouraging, and assured me that I could not only halt it but would be able to reverse it. Noah is such a pleasure to work with! He brings a wide repertoire of modalities to the table, which keeps things interesting, and is extremely knowledgeable and up-to-date on the latest relevant studies. His enthusiasm for his work is evident, and I found myself really inspired to do my exercises, which has not always been my experience with PT. I am seeing positive improvement to my posture, which is evident in the way I now sit and stand, but is also noticeable functionally. The discomfort in my upper back that I have experienced for decades and would feel most when I go for walks, has essentially disappeared. I can't recommend Noah highly enough!

After 6 sessions with Noah at the Montpelier location I’m thoroughly impressed with his knowledge and abilities as a physical therapist. I have felt rather hopeless in the areas of my body that have had injuries and are locked up and while the body is incredible in its ability to compensate and move on, after working with Noah I’ve a marvelous sense of excitement that I’m learning the skills and being given the tools to restore my posture and open those locked parts back up. I am learning how to understand my body and maximize my use of it and I am so grateful for that.

Best of the best! Noah incorporates all of the current best practices and uses methods that work. He was key in helping me pre and post hip replacement surgery. I was in amazing condition for surgery and had a beautiful and quick pain-free recovery. He is one of few in our state incorporating FRS and it works!
