Dr. Eric at Ventura Spine is really great. I came to him with a herniated disc that was causing me a TON of pain and had started to limit my daily activities - especially getting in and out of my car! From the first appointment, Dr. Eric's expertise was clear - he'd seen this many times before and knew what to do. After he took the time to thoroughly assess my condition, he laid out a comprehensive treatment approach. He used a combination of spinal adjustments and targeted exercises and while I started to feel better after the first few, I kept coming back to really strengthen the muscles around where it hurt since that's what seems to make this pain stay away as much as possible. I'd totally recommend this place for anyone with lower back pain!

Being honest, I haven't always had the best experiences with chiropractic care. Nonetheless, I tried Dr. Preston due to his exceptional reputation and he did not disappoint. I got relief from my pain immediately, and my tightness and muscle spasms have improved remarkably after a few treatments. Dr. Prestin explains everything, he doesn't pressure you to set up endless appointments, and his office and staff are top notch. Very professional, thorough and helpful. I highly recommend this practice!

Dr. Prestin’s expertise is unmatched, and his staff is always friendly, compassionate, and accommodating. He has helped me enormously with my neck and shoulder problems as well as my carpal tunnel syndrome. Recently, I was experiencing chronic pain in my right hand. My ring finger would often be bent toward the palm of my hand and get stuck there. Now, with Dr. Prestin's specific therapy, my finger has loosened up, and the pain relief in my whole hand has been incredible!

I recently went on a trip and slept on an air and used a cheap pillow (didn’t know at the time). It messed up my neck & back. I was referred to Dr. Prestin. After my first visit I felt about 50% better. Went back a few days later and felt 80%. Now I’m feeling good as new! My experience was very pleasant. Very nice staff and an excellent chiropractor. Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience. The front desk staff is absolutely wonderful, accommodating, friendly, and great. However, I waited nearly an hour and was never seen for my physical therapy appointment. I ended up leaving without being seen.

Giving Dr P and his staff a 5+ star on my experience a week ago. First, I am an out of town visitor only in for a surprise bday 🎂. I've been told about this clinic and was intrigued by the Softwave therapy. I've been dealing with chronic muscle pain in neck and shoulder areas as well as sciatic. These amazing folks for me in on short notice and provide the therapy which even everyday days later has my pain level below a 3 where before a 6/7 was my daily. Dr. P was very knowledgeable and was able to communicate to me so that I understand what to expect, during and after. He explained and suggested that a treatment plan was needed and that I should consider follow up in my home state. He and his staff even went on the website and helped me look up clinics in Boise! That's great Customer Service! Thank you I'll visit again when my travels align. PEACE and death to America's enemies!
