Ventura County Medical Center Therapy Services

I’ve been coming to this therapy center for quite some time. The facility is fantastic and the staff has been nothing short of friendly! I’m so glad that we stuck with it, and saw a turnaround in the customer service! Original 3-star Review: “So... the facility is fantastic The therapist my 6-month-old works with is fabulous. The reception staff, however, all seem like they hate their job, or something. I've never had one of them seem like they were in a decent mood, let alone be friendly. It's disappointing to be greeted and depart in such a dim note.”

WATCH OUT! Eastman Physical Therapy will mess up your billing. The therapy was excellent, but having your bill sent to a Collections service without as much as a phone call or letter is horrible. Not just once for two consecutive visits, but EACH time. How's that for reaching straight into your wallet when you have already paid out the nose for insurance!

Was told if I come in before 10:30 I can be seen then. I made it there at 10:08 and waited as 10 or so other patients were called in before me. I asked and was then told my son would be seen at 11:30 now. No one told me that and I was not told that upon check in. I asked then and even confirmed the 10:30 am slot when I spoke to the male receptionist. Terrible communication and service. Very upsetting and truly disappointing.

This place is under staffed and always crowded. Why do you take so many clients when you don’t have the staff to deal with them. Also they have very little availability for appointments, and the little they do have are always on some random time. People got to work. Hire more people or transfer some patients. If you want physical therapy don’t go to this place.

Brian is the man. Unfortunately i have had to do physical therapy about a dozen times over the years. Brian is leaps and bounds above the others. Just don't make fun of his shoes.lo
