Worst experience took me two months to get an appointment. I made the appointment in October then got cancel in Inglewood location then go transferred to Carson location. Finally after two months go by I go to my appointment gets canceled while I’m in the waiting room to see the doctor due to water leak from toilet great . Took one last patient who was there after me but okay . Why is this clinic even on a school premise ? Weird but never again.

I was greatly impressed with my first visit to this facility from the check-in process to the end and everything in between. The medical assistant, Elise was so sweet and very efficient. She did my vitals, got all of my meds and in general just made me feel comfortable in prepping me to see the doctor. Dr. Hoffman was very thorough and actually listened to me and talked to me, not at me. I have nothing at all negative to say about my first visit.

I will be filing a complaint with the Medical Board and HIPPA as well. Excessive wait time for schedule appointments, patient information all over the place, rude receptionist, it’s basically a circus. It’s also connected to a high school and students come in and out the place, that’s not the issue it’s the staff that’s telling their business and what they were seen for. I can’t believe it

It was my first time here, did my physical checkup with all lab test, blood drawn, just wanted to make sure everything is working okay…. Here is my issue, what is wrong with these people giving out negative reviews!?! I dont understand…First of all, Dr Chang was GREAT, accommodating, informative, the staff was AWESOME security was HELPFUL, parking was okay, (I brought my scooter)…. So I dont really understand where did all the hate and bad reviews come from, y’all probably went to a different clinic. Yes, there is a little bit of wait, that’s understandable because these people are human too, they need to eat, they need to take care of other people, they have work to do other than your headache or whatever and its still the pandemic ( sort of) so people are all still adjusting with the current situation.

It appears that the only medical doctor in at this location is a Dr. Chang. Unfortunately, Dr. Chang has absolutely no interest in anything you have to tell her unless it's in another doctor's note. I was informing her of my father's symptoms (English is not his first language) and her reply was, "Well, I'm really unhappy to be getting this information from you; I should really have gotten it from one of his doctor's [he sees several specialists] notes." Later on in the same conversation, she increased the dosage of a medication he was NOT taking. I have also been attempting to have her sign a FMLA form for work for the past three weeks, so that I am able to take time off if needed (without being penalized by my employer). A form, for reference, that I was able to have completed and returned to me in fifteen minutes by my father's previous PCP.

I was going to this clinic and they put me on insulin being a type 2 diabetic I thought that being prescribed 4 injections per day at 125 units per day was the right decision. But come to find when I went to see a doc in Torrance that I didnt even need to be on that much. My new doctor quickly took me off 3 out of the 4 injection and told me that there was no reason for me to be on that much. Seeing as how my blood sugar was not even bad enough to be taking that much. On top of that they ignored my multiple attempts to seek help for depression. I would never go back to this place it is dangerous the way they play doctor with peoples lives. My new doctor stated that my kidneys could have been in serious danger with those high amounts of insulin. If I could rate with no stars I would have. If you have alternative resources please please do use something else.

Unpleasant staff, no value for your time, they don’t value your business please choose a different place cause they will make you wait for more than an hour every time for ur appointment
