VASTA Physical Therapy has been a great experience. Maddy Pfeifer really cares about my progress and listens to how I'm feeling and asks questions. I'm feeling better using the program she has designed for me, and I actually look forward to going to my appointments. Thank you! Gretchen

Emily has been amazing to work with. She is incredibly professional and knowledgeable. She has a way of explaining what's going on with my injury that is easy to understand. She is a good listener. I leave every session with newfound knowledge and things I can do at home to support my healing. My journey has had it's up and downs and she is very good at adapting to these and adjusting the plan as needed. Thank you Emily!

Pierre the physical therapist is amazing! As a medical provider I tend to have a high expectation. She is knowledgeable, well explained the pathophysiology behind an injury/anatomy, and clearly demonstrated the mechanisms of PT movements. This gym helped me redefine my movement after a low back muscular strain that required 3-4 months of PT. I learned how to properly activate my core to protect my lower back. I haven’t had any back pain for a few months now and I have gone back to my regular routine. I lift in the gym with lifetime modifications I’ve adapted from PT. I have adequate tools if I injure my back again. The staff is also knowledgeable and accommodating. I highly suggest this PT clinic.

In reply their review - will you please send me whatever information you can and I will attempt to call the insurance company again. For further reference from my perspective: Shortly after receiving treatment I moved addresses and my school email was deactivated, while you may have sent 13 letters, I only received two, after receiving the first, I called and was told something similar and attempted to contact my insurance where I spent hours on the phone and emailed them multiple documents only for them to never respond. In understanding this is not your fault, but to receive a threat of legal action for a 700 bill is a bit absurd, especially after from my perspective I did not receive any phone calls, emails and only got two bills in the mail, including the threat of legal action. You can call me all sorts of names and reference long legal documents which I may have signed, but at the end of the day I feel deeply lied to and threatened. I have clear memories of asking for clarity around if my visits were covered by insurance and you all were extremely helpful - or so I thought - in telling me which were and for the first few months helping me to only schedule an amount which would be covered. The piece which feels highly duplicitous is that I was working under this assumption, that you had my best interests in heart, when I all of a sudden received a bill for 10x more than I had previously been paying. I hope you can understand my frustration, as I can understand that this may not be your fault. That said, the further threat of potentially having a lawsuit put against me, where I am at risk for paying for much much more than the original cost, all because I wasn't able to get my insurance company to cover the charge has made me overly defensive. My point around dealing with the insurance company being "impossible" is hyperbole, but only slightly. Insurance companies are notoriously hard to deal with- especially when you are calling about events that happened multiple years ago, don't have access to any of your insurance information at that time anymore and don't even have access to the email you used to previously contact them anymore. I feel backed into a corner. Update: I'm just going to pay it. Honestly I would pay thousands of dollars to just not have to deal with VASTA and the insurance companies, it just isn't worth it. The physical therapists there are lovely and I originally had a 5 star review which I had to change, but this billing experience has taken at least 6 months off of my life.

The people who work at VASTA are all great-knowledgeable and encouraging! The facility is always clean and well organized. I worked on the PT side first with Maddie and she was always friendly and kind. Maddie was great at assigning the right exercises to get me back on my feet. I moved over to the personal training side and I love working with Quinn and Michaela. They have designed a program to help me get stronger! They’re both really good at balancing critique to improve performance and encouragement to keep me motivated. I love VASTA!

I had the pleasure of working with three different therapists at this location, all were very knowledgeable with different styles but still incorporating what the other therapists had used as well. Wonderful people working the front desk as well, I would highly recommend 👍👍
