Vargo Physical Therapy - Westlake Village

The clinic in Westlake is beautiful, fresh and clean. I could not be more pleased. I was going to the clinic on Sherman way prior to the opening in Westlake. To be quite honest, I would have followed Joyce A anywhere she was available. She has been an irreplaceable asset to my physical recovery. She is very kind and very competent. My therapy can be very painful, by its nature. She is able to encourage me through with much compassion. Patricia Meunier

After losing over 100 lbs and exercising regularly at home I balked at my Dr's suggestion to go to physical therapy. I finally caved and took his advice and glad I did. Come to find out some of the exercises I was doing at home were done incorrectly for my conditions so I found out I was flaring up those issues regularly once I consulted the therapist here. Clean facility with friendly staff and flexible schedule. So glad my insurance chose this place and highly recommend them to anyone considering it as an option.

Gene and his crew at Vargo PT get my highest recommendation. I had a partial knee replacement and when I went back to my surgeon after a couple months he was very surprised. Very unprofessional to say the least. The staff (looks like mostly college kids) are rude to patients and talk trash about patients behind their backs. On a typical day you will also hear staff talking trash about other staff in plain earshot of patients. They clearly don’t like their patients nor even each other. I would recommend going somewhere else, which is what I did. It’s hard to have a physical injury and then try to correct it when your “therapists” are immature, unprofessional and treat you and fellow patients with contempt and disdain.

Gene and the entire team at Vargo are wonderful. Knowledge, professional, friendly and caring. Nice clean facility, strong Covid protocols, easy to access.
