Patient experiences
Best place for physical therapy. From the receptionist, to the staff,everyone is professional, courteous and my observation is that they work together. Someone is always willing to help you. I haven't have any negative experience . Definitely I would recommend this place. Not all Vargo physical therapy place are the same. Exceptional service
The worst possible physical therapy place I have ever visited. Firstly it's filthy dirty and falling to pieces, you can tell just from the front door but it gets worse inside. When they give you PT they throw some ideas of exercises at you and then leave you to do them by yourself, they don't check your form and I hurt myself pretty badly. The showers are from the 50s and they are mildly luke warm. They barely work and it looks like your feet will catch a disease in there. There are not enough lockers so you have to go through a lengthy process to get one. The manager is non existent. The ladies in the front office cannot figure out insurance. But they are super fast at billing! The worst!!!
My recommendation is No. I was trwated by different therapist every time (maybe it was because I didn’t ask). I only saw therapist for about 20 mins and the rest about 35mins were with and aid who didn’t really know how to do the exercises correctly. Their PT didn’t really care about making a progress of my injury. Overall, it was a waste of my time. I had a very good experience of one to one PT at another city. Last month, I found another PT of same out-of-pocket price and now I recovered a lot in less than a month.
I Was Paying in cash and they cant break my money! after they billed me? Guess I will get my card, all the way downstairs>:(
The best PT place ever. They are so professional, attentive and they know their jobs. Someone is always attending to you or checking on you making sure you are getting your exercises correct. They work with you on the hard ones and everyone is extra nice and treat you special. They all know and call you by your name too. Love this place, I'll hate to leave when my time is up.
Steve and his crew are the Best! Very caring and attentive, they all take time to answer all the question, and believe me i ask alot of questions, i have a damaged nerve so they have been very helpful with my very slow recovery. This is the best team of Physical therapists and their aids!
Too many people, & appointments made on the same day as ur appointment. (All stuck around u) Equals to less attention given to patients that need it. I attended the location, they spend 2min swiftly explaining an exercise, then quickly run to another patient ( this is not a Macdonalds drive through) @ end of visit they literally came to me saying we realized some workouts u did was incorrect (not bringing it up @ that time when I’m doing things incorrectly) 🤔waist of my time. I’ll just YouTube/Google exercises. However they are excellent @ changing their natural voice to customer service voice. I’ll give my $ & take my treatments elsewhere.
I don’t use them myself but I do take my client there twice a week and she is always very happy at the end of her session. The workers have always been professional and incredibly kind. Thank you.
