Vargo Physical Therapy

If your health insurance allows you to go to another place, I would recommend it. This was my first PT experience, and I was left alone during majority of my session of movements. I was also left alone when strapped to a machine to stretch my back and it felt like it was going to cause a prolapse. Again, as a first timer, I believe this should have done supervised in case of any issues. Helpful Tip: They will not tell you your copay over the phone unless you ask, as they stated "it is their policy". Note: they will be VERY condescending to you about it.

This is my third time going to Vargo for PT. First time was for pelvic floor strengthening after baby, second was for knee pain and now for pain after a car accident. All PTs are smart, knowledgeable and truly care about your healing. They care about fixing the problem and not just putting a band aid on it. Really feel like I'm in good hands and the staff are all very friendly. All age groups I've see them treating.

Guys running this Vargo are focused and fixed me neck pain. Special mention to boss lady. They all Rock.

Love this place. Therapists are great, really helping me get my life back on track. Kate is awesome!

I think this place is a joke. It looks nice inside but the people working end running the place are clueless. They make very condescending comments to you. I walked out worse than I came in. How does that even happen? They tend to bring in a lot of students to learn from them. But it is more of a joke, cause they’ll stand around and go in their phones. I don’t recommend this place at all. Please avoid. They also are fairly poor with handling any elderly. I would see older men and women come in and they’d barely help them heal at all. Some would walk out more limping than anything. Save your money and honestly just get a band from target and stretch with it. That’s what they’ll have you do there anyways. Waste of time. My injury is better thanks to my new physical therapist.

***UPDATE*** They did reach out to me when they saw the negative review and fixed my bill. I appreciate that they made it right. Thank you. They called my insurance and said my copay for PT was $6. Then after almost 8 weeks of twice weekly sessions they realized they made a mistake and retroactively charged me $40 per session on top of what I already paid. I would never have gone that long at that price. They refuse to honor their original quote. Almost $700 later and my knee still hurts. Beware of this provider!

I've been going to Vargo for many years for one problem or another. Sometimes I can't pick myself back up after my injuries, illnesses and surgeries get me down. Vargo, and it's wonderful team, have been helping me pull myself back up consistently. Everyone there is helpful, knowledgeable and fun to be around. You get that feeling like you belong and that you're going to be taken care of by friends.

Very clear on how to do exercises so that you can continue healing at home. These people really care about you getting better, and the environment is great. Best physical therapists i have seen yet.
