Vantage Sports And Rehab Westfield

I have been going to vantage sports for a little over a year now and have worked with Bob Crawford the whole time. He's the most professional caring person I have had the pleasure of working with. Without him I wouldn't have been able to play football last year and lead my team to a title. If anyone goes to the Westfield office and you work with bob he will have you back to normal in no time.

Have been taking my Dad here for post surgical P T and for P T after injury for several years. We travel quite a distance because Bob Crawford is so good at what he does. Thanks Bob for helping my dad maintain his independence!!!

This review is directed at Bob Crawford. I was referred to Vantage by Dr. Chertoff also in Westfield. The first therapist I saw recommended an ultrasound of the knee in question. Bob denied that request. I believe it was around my 4th visit Bob was to work with me due to the other therapist called out that day. I inquired with Bob about the ultrasound with his response being that I didn't need one, I was just weak. During that session, due to the call out, Bob was attempting to stretch my IT band off my left leg while also trying to observe a minor female patient in the therapy area. Eventually I had to request Bob to stop because of the amount of pain I was experiencing on the inner side of my painful left knee. My next visit was with my regular therapist who told me Bob said that I was just weak & could not handle anything intense. For other medical reasons included I had enough of Massachusetts so called healthcare. I sold my home and moved 800 miles away. Well all of a sudden, now I need a full knee replacement. Bob you can toot your own horn and bad mouth your patients but if you had even pretended to be a professional and prescribed exercises to help my problem vs exercises that directly aggrivated the situation would have been nice. I would not recommend this organization to anyone. Update ** I believe it was a year ago this month yes, but I'm not going to post without being properly informed on what I'm posting about. I'm 100% disabled veteran who also experienced poor healthcare at the VA in Northampton Ma. After my experience with Bob and Dr. Chertoff I became so irate and frustrated that I sold my home and bought a new home in Tennessee. The VA Hospital here has done more for me since December 18 than occurred in Massachusetts over the past 4 years. During my time here I've had to undergo cardiac testing, siezure testing, MRI for back & knee, removal of skin cancer. All those health concerns were reported to healthcare in Massachusetts and for whatever reasons were either improperly dealt with or ignored. I'm going as quickly as the system operates. And calling Vantage at their request to discuss it with them I was told I was told there was "no way" I could have been hurt by Bob and my post is none factual as well as negative. This post expresses my perception of my experience with your company.

Great facility and staff. I definitely recommend it to anyway that’s looking for a rehab faculty.
