VAN DUSEN Physical Therapy Clinic & Wellness Side

Best PT clinic around and its not even close! The staff is so caring and are always excited about your progression. What really excited me was their Wellness Side that recently opened for an acceleration in my recovery process. They have Cryo Therapy, Red light Therapy, and Compression Therapy. I have done all three and can't pick a favorite since they all feel like they are helping me in different ways. The staff on that side is amazing as well (Traci and Ian) who are lots of fun and welcoming! I also started doing their full body fitness classes since I was discharged from PT but wanted to keep exercising. The classes are the best with the best trainers around Doug, Ian, Kendall, and Josh. They know exactly what I'm doing wrong and how to fix it while being very funny and a joy to be around. The classes have really helped me maintain my strength since stopping therapy. I haven't felt this good in a while! Combining the classes with the therapeutic services have really changed my health!

My brother had a referred appointment with their LSVT trained Parkinson's therapist for over a month. The office called just today, within 23 hours of the appointment time to cancel. They sited that today was that therapist's last day. That fact wasn't known prior to today? I'm livid, having waited for this specialized therapeutical help since May. Enormous waste of time that he does not have to spare! Would never recommend this business.

Haley was great however, office staff was rude, unprofessional, incapable, made many errors, and eventually I ended up canceling all my appointments because they made so many errors and then tried to charge me on top of that. I wrote a letter to the owners and they refused to respond therefore I am leaving a one star review for poor customer service. Do not go here. It’s not worth it.

Hands down the best physical therapists I've ever had in my life and I've had a lot of them. I started out at another place where I was in and out in less than 25-30 minutes. I have to pay a $45 copay whenever I go to physical therapy and I didn't think it was worth it. I didn't want to go back when I needed to because I felt it wasn't challenging enough. My doctor recommended a couple of places and I chose this one. I'm so happy that I did. In three weeks I've made more progress than I ever could have hoped for! Thanks to them I'm going to have a much, much better life.

Just wanted to praise this wonderful business. Been going for a few weeks now and feeling so much better. the help I am getting, is amazing. My pain is getting better and better each time. The staff is so friendly and always professional. I notice things….. They disinfect everything constantly, if a client touches it….they clean it immediately. Thank you. I have to give a shout out to the staff at Van Dusens. They were very polite and professional across the board. Hailey was very kind and took the time to determine where my injury was. Amrit walked me through a list of exercises to do on my own to help with recovery. Emily did a great job icing the injured area. My shoulder feels a lot better, AND I feel better now that I know who to go to in the future if I ever need to address a nagging injury.

Excellent service. Everyone was not only very knowledgeable in the therapy and recovery of my injury and condition but they also relayed that knowledge to me in order to better understand the recovery and therapy process. Clean environment and very affordable. I recommend them hands down to anyone looking for a professional physical therapy center.

A fine team of excellent coaches led by skilled therapists. In a modern environment with several work stations and cycle machines so there is no waiting, you are working from entrance to exit. Did excellent work on my knee replacement, ability to walk and balance. Great sense of humor and everyone called me by name within a couple of visits. I was in a lot of pain, the exercises and manipulations worked wonders. Very pleased that Sutter Medical sent me here. To be honest I was sad to leave after they had done a really good job, I would have stayed on but I was unable to bribe anyone to allow it, darn it! A great team..
