Van Buren Physical Therapy

Tamra, Hunter & Taylon are all three wonderful physical therapist. So caring and make each individual that walks through the door feel welcome and at home. The facility is very clean, there is typically no wait time at all for appointments and they treat you like a friend. Highly recommend.

Tried to give this place a chance but after the third time returning I'm done they can't staff enough people for more that 2min interaction in a 30 appointment on therapy just keep giving me a damn workout paper to do the work at home. I find myself sitting in a room waiting and waiting for my one on one engagement, nothing just a 40 dollar bill per visit.

The Therapists we’ve had working with us are well educated and friendly 👍👏 They are a select few who understand that our time is as important as their’s is as there is no downtime waiting past our scheduled appointment times! (I’m sure there might be an exception if by chance they maybe short handed but we haven’t experienced it). The facility an older house that has been converted into a business. It is a beautiful building that is well maintained both inside and out. It has a great view of the Arkansas River from the south side of the building. Inside is clean, has a good smell and beautifully decorated. A big plus for us is it is “Veteran Owned”! We really like to support our veterans.

I went there for months for physical therapy on my jaw. They only had 1 guy working there that knew what they were doing. I had an appointment at 8am one morning and they don't open until then. I woke up with the flu and it was to late to call and cancel. I called later and explained what was going on but because I was a no call, no show, I guess I got changed. I was unaware of this. Fast forward a few months... I get a phone call today from a debt collector saying I owed $30 for non payment of a no call, no show!!!!! The company NEVER called me once. I was completely unaware and I did call them later that day! It's kinda hard to cancel an 8AM apt before 8am when they're not even open!! ...

Quick and Easy to Schedule....Private Treatment Rooms are amazing instead of being in large rooms with others. The staff are so friendly and never have you waiting for long period of time. I recommend them highly.

I was having major issues with my body. They taught me so much in 5 weeks that I no longer have to attend PT. Everyone from the front desk to the therapists are amazing here.

This is a great team, I have no complaints. Caring, knowledgeable and very encouraging. I will Continue to go to them anytime I need therapy and would recommend them to anyone.
