Val has helped me through two different issues requiring PT and I can't recommend her enough! In 2022 she correctly diagnosed and helped me through double impinged shoulders that had been incorrectly diagnosed by a physician. I moved from the area and came back to see her while on vacation this year, as I was having ongoing issues around my SI joint after multiple car accidents in 2023. Val accomplished more in 4 sessions, than the PT out-of-state accomplished in 4 months. She explained the why behind the exercises and set me up with an at-home program that is effective, efficient and easy to manage with my busy schedule.

Val's expertise lies at the intersection of skill and intuition. She's smart and fun, challenging and empowering, and incredibly good at what she does. She mapped out a plan to increase my movement and get me back to the kind of active life I didn't think was possible. If there were a thousand stars available in Google Reviews, I'd give them all to her. Her work is truly transformative.

Dr. Valentine Ngo has brought mobility and joy back into my life. I have gone through several physical therapists for a broken back. Dr. Ng's one on one personal approach is a quantum leap above anything I have tried. She asks and listens incredibly well and then designs a course of therapy that brings tremendous relief and healing. I was not handed off to staff. She does the work personally. After 6 years of dealing with very significant pain, she delivered and brought relief and freedom back into my life. Amazing doctor. 100 on a scale of 1 to 10.

I cannot stress enough how incredible my experience has been working with Val. She goes above and beyond to ensure I receive the best care possible. She listened attentively to my issues, tailored a personalized treatment plan just for me, and was able to figure out the root cause of my pain. The clinic itself creates a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere for anyone. Each session feels like a partnership because of her guidance, support, and encouragement throughout my journey towards recovery. Thanks to Val’s expertise, I have been making significant progress already. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to anyone in need of exceptional physical therapy. Trust me, you won't be disappointed especially with her knowledge and compassion!

Currently recovering from a torn ACL and meniscus. Val has been able to give thorough assessments of my injury and recommend many relevant exercises to keep me on a good path for recovery. She has a wide knowledge of techniques to pull from, and she is also able to explain the reasoning behind why each one is effective. Deep squats were a particular pain point for me. After one session with Val, the pain and tightness in my injured knee felt significantly better. I’m excited to eventually return to sport with her guidance. She has been great to work with, and I highly recommend her services.

Val is hands down one of the best PTs I have been to. I have seen her for a couple of injuries and every time she addresses the issue accurately, educates without confusing you with jargon, and gives you a great plan of care. She is extremely attentive and pays attention to detail. The one on one aspect is amazing because in the hour she can help you with exercises and makes sure everything looks great! 10/10 would recommend!

Had SI joint pain for 2 years after a work injury and all of the physical therapists I worked with in the past didn't really help. Val did an evaluation, ran me through some exercises, and explained to me what the purpose of each exercise was, and I walked out feeling so much better after just one session! Not only that, but she's also so welcoming and nice! Highly recommend!!! Thank you so much Val!

My mom fell and broke her wrist, and this was the first type of big fall our family has ever dealt with. After a horrendous fix at the ER and her first surgery, suffice it to say she was traumatized. Dr. Val has been nothing short of amazing for her. She explains everything clearly, where you can tell she has a solid knowledge of the bones and bits she's rehab-ing, she has the strongest thumbs (if you've ever seen a PT, you know this counts), and she has a bedside manner that helped my mom feel comfortable, reassured, and confident in her services. Her office is cozy, and has all the new equipment we could use to help my mom recover. She even sent us away with an at-home recovery regimen. If you're looking, don't go to those big PT houses and instead see Dr. Val for individualized attention, her kind demeanor, and her expertise. My mom felt like a real patient, and not just another number, and so glad we were recommended this practice!
