I came to Amanda with an elbow injury that was keeping me from being able to lift anything or even sleep because I was in so much pain. After one session I could see a big change in my mobility. Three sessions later I am able to lift with next to zero pain. I love that she talked me through her process!! Her knowledge left me confident she could help my daughter with her ankle injury. Simple stretches with little resistance plus training with Coach Mac has been such a blessing! Coach Mac your passion to help our young athletes is exactly what we needed. While most teens think lifting heavy is most effective you have show Lainee simple controlled movement is more effective. Stability=mobility THANK YOU VALOR HEALTH & WELLNESS YOU ALL ARE EXCEPTIONAL

Dr. Quarles is the 3rd therapist we have seen for my daughter’s wrist and ankle, and I wish she was our first! Not only has she gotten her mobility back, but she has maintained it, which was a constant struggle before. Exercises and therapy are not generic to the injury, but very specific to the patient and their situation. Highly recommend!!!

I had major rotator cuff surgery in October of 2023. I chose Amanda to do my physical therapy. We worked together 2 to 3 times a week. I thought I would never feel better. But thanks to Amanda I am feeling fantastic. My doctor said it would take over a year, but here I am back at the gym. Her knowledge, expertise and caring saved me. I would recommend Amanda for all your physical therapy needs.

I found Amanda almost 2 months ago and in that time she has worked miracles. When I first started with her I didn’t have much mobility in my shoulder due to recent diagnosis of Hill-Sachs and overuse from swim and my left side was uneven compared to my right side. In just these 2 months I have regained my mobility through the exercises she gave me, and I have a symmetrical back now, plus she showed me how to grow the small muscles in my back and the rest of my body that I didn’t know were important. Amanda also made my recovery very important and had tools to help accelerate my recovery while also putting me at ease. I also learned the importance of stretching and becoming flexible through palates — 3 weeks ago I wasn’t able to get passed my knees when I would try to touch my toes but now I can touch the floor. As a college swimmer I was worried I would not be able to have a successful season due to my injury but now I am one month away from my season and I could not have improved without Amanda’s help. Her therapy sessions far exceeded my expectations by not only fixing my shoulder pain and mobility, but also improved my overall body strength and fitness which will allow me to achieve collegiate athletic goals this season.

Valor Health, Coach Mac (Jaime) and Dr. Quarles are something Yuma has needed for a long time. It’s nice to have something right here at home that we use to drive 2-3 hrs for. Therapy and training all in one place. Coach Mac’s knowledge of sport specific agility training is impeccable. Dr. Quarles helped my daughter day 1 with a nagging shoulder injury and is improving every session. I trust Valor Health with both my athlete children

This has been the best Occupational therapy experience we have ever received. My daughter is a competitive cheerleader and unfortunately broke her arm tumbling in a gym class. I knew from the severity of her break that this was going to be a long road to recovery. Dr.Amanda Quarles has shown us the importance of Occupational therapy, and her treatments have shown tremendous progress in my daughter’s recovery. We will forever be thankful for her and her professionalism.

I began going to Valor Health for a lower leg injury. Amanda has been using different therapy techniques to restore natural movement patterns and relieve pain. With her hands-on approach I've been able to regain mobility and move without pain.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Dr. Manda Quarles at Valor Health and Wellness, and I can't say enough good things about my experience! After struggling with discomfort in my right shoulder, I was eager to find a solution, and I am so glad I chose her for my treatment. From my very first appointment, Dr. Manda Quarles took the time to thoroughly assess my condition and explain every step of the process. Not only did she provide effective treatment, but she also made sure I understood exactly what she was doing and why. Her ability to break down complex concepts into easy-to-understand language made me feel more involved in my recovery. Throughout my sessions, Dr. Manda Quarles was incredibly attentive and tailored each treatment plan to my specific needs. I always felt comfortable asking questions, and she was more than willing to provide insights and tips on how to manage my symptoms at home. Thanks to her expertise and guidance, I’ve seen significant improvement in my arm and shoulder mobility and strength. I genuinely appreciate her dedication to her craft and her passion for helping her patients. I highly recommend Dr. Manda at Valor Health to anyone in need of physical therapy—especially if you're looking for a knowledgeable and caring therapist who truly invests in your recovery journey!
