Valley West Post-Acute

There are a lot of negative comments people make about facilities like Valley West Post-Acute that are just plain wrong. This facility treats patients with compassion and a lot like the care you would receive from loving family members with an extra dose of kindness. The efficiency here is really good with good record keeping so everyone knows what is going on with patients all day and everyday. The nurses are exceptional and super hard working. There are lots of things for patients to do all day as well. I came here after back surgery, weak and very tired and needed to regain the use of my legs as I could not walk and in no time I started to recover quickly. Therapy is also excellent and has given me the ability to walk again with confidence and all the staff is excellent in therapy and they work very hard to help you reach your goals. I certainly recommend Valley West especially because I know first hand

Tiffany has facilitated my Mother’s transfer into Valley West Care Center, using her expertise in surmounting obstacles, Making it happen ! I’m encouraged by her care and response to the many modalities offered in this kind and thoughtful place. My mother is thriving. Thank you to all the staff as they play a beneficial part in her success.

They lost my grandmother's wedding ring and watch, and tried to convince me she never had them, even though we have pictures of her wearing them during our visits. Failed to add railings into her bed even though she has fallen out of bed and injured herself, and is not able to walk on her own, resulting in her falling out of bed again last week, and a week later she passed away.

Nursing staff are exceptional. Caregiver and Rehabilitation staff are kind , compassionate and caring

Sad to say my friend is in there for recovery when she gets walking hopefully she'll come home
