Valley View Medical Center Inpatient Rehabilitation Center

Excellent facility and staff. So happy I chose to go there after my stroke. Can’t say enough good about the place and the people.

This place is so bad. I haven't been able to get to talk to my husband for 4 days. They said I needed code to get info and I needed to get it from him. The man has dementia. So now what!! What a joke.

Physical rehab was good but they mishandled my wife's wound vac. Only one traveling nurse seemed to have knowledge in wound vac therapy. If you have a wound vac I would not recomend going to this facility.

Med surge staff the nurse angel was very rude.she was gossiping about other patients which I thought was very unprofessional. Katrina who I believe is her director did nothing she was gossiping along with her.

This place is ridiculous! Ended up walking out because I was still waiting with three kids 3 hours later after checking in. Don’t even waste your time here. You’ll die here before being seen lol seriously…. They’ll just milk up your insurance.

Waste of time. Go to urgent care it’s 8miles away. Sat in waiting room for over 2hrs emergency does mean you will be seen any time soon people have been waiting 3-6hrs
