Valley Rehabilitation of Sun City West

My first experience with holistic physical therapy and in my opinion is far superior to traditional focus on a single point of injury. Before my therapy at Valley Rehabilitation the pain in my arm was so great I had trouble sleeping but Valley Rehab got results and the pain is gone. As a bonus, the staff is knowledgeable and friendly.

This place is amazing love the new location and they have a great team that takes care of my therapy needs with the upmost professional care❣️And a big shout out to the Pilates instructor whom Gets me connected to myself on a whole different level keep up the good work team and thank you for your service ❣️

Kim Hilditch is a miracle worker. I've been coming here for PT for a couple weeks now and last Friday I walked in for my appointment and was in so much pain I told Kim, I can't stay I hurt too bad. Well she looked at me and said; Shari, that's what we are here for. I have to tell you by the time we were finished I was totally pain free. I was ecstatic. I haven't been able to stand for more than 10 minutes and I'm in pain BUT when I left PT I stopped by my neighbors house to drop something off and we were standing in her entryway gabbing and she said; Shari do you realize how long we've been standing here talking? It had been 30 minutes and I was having zero pain. The staff here are all great - it's actually fun to go to PT. For the first time in years I feel hopeful about getting my life back.

First thing I asked the front desk staff was if my insurance was covering this service. Checked her computer and said, yes. Each time cost me $100 out of pocket to attend. First day was a complete waste of my time until I started working with Kim. 2 months later I’m finding out it was not covered by my insurance and they are sending me bill. 6 one hour visits was over $1000. One hour visits includes them bouncing around between clients, so not even a dedicated time just to you. Front desk should be educated to not say something is covered OR say that you need to call your insurance. Thank god I stopped going when I did!

I've been going to Valley Rehab forc a few months.i feel SO great each time I leave. Kim, Peter, Anna, everyone here is awesome and they really listen. Dealing with multiple issues makes it hard but I truly believe this is getting me through-physically AND mentally. Thanks all.

Kim and all of her staff is amazing! They are some of the most professional, friendly, and compassionate medical staff I have experienced. They are very knowledgeable, accommodating, and really go out of their way to making you feel better. They have an effective practice, including state of the art equipment! Best thing is, they have fun doing it, and it shows. They may use their hands, but they work straight from the heart! I would recommend this business to anyone in need of physical therapy!

Wonderful folks who work with you to heal from whatever body mechanical issue you may have. Worked with them first in 2009, and have gone back when I had a new issue. Have rehabbed knees (4 times), ankle and shoulder, personally. Kim and her staff are professionals , working with clients individually to improve flexibility and movement. The office staff is efficient, and works with you if you need to reschedule, or add an appointment. I highly recommend them to friends locally.

Great place for my P.T. Kim and her staff (especially Chelsy, Mikaila, and Evan) were wonderful. They were knowledgeable and designed a program that worked for me and my issues and goals. They were always positive and you could tell they enjoy their jobs and helping people.
