I had a great experience at Valley Performance. Joe and staff are such a pleasure to work with. They taught me how to build the muscle around my knee to give me more strength and stability. I was struggling to climb stairs with a lot of pain to being able to climb stairs with very little pain. I will continue to use the exercises provided to keep improving my strength. Highly recommend!

I did pelvic flor therapy With Dr Chelsea. She is an extraordinary professional, super competent. I arrived at the clinic sad, worried, with indication of pelvic surgery. Dr Chelsea received me very well, was welcoming and kind. The entire team at this clinic is very skilled and attentive. I recommend 1000% therapy services. Thank you to the whole team.

Joe and the team at Valley PPT made my physical therapy sessions a 100% positive experience. I came to them following arthroscopic surgery on my knee and two months later, with their skill and guidance, I am well on the way to recovery. I was referred to Valley Performance Physical Therapy by the surgeon who repaired my torn rotator cuff. I was very happy with the service I received. I received therapy from a student who was doing his clinical hours before taking his state exam to be a Physical Therapist and he was absolutely wonderful! He was kind and competent and got my shoulder and arm back to peek performance. It feels wonderful to be able to do all the things I was doing before my surgery. Thank you to all the staff at VPPT.
