Let’s start off with what happened first. I had a hand injury to all my fingers. The doctor was not very friendly but straight to business which is fine. He did a surgery on a neuroma. The outcome of the surgery is still unclear 5 months later but that ok I know it takes time. I had a follow up appointment with the doctor but he passed away. I was told with great urgency that if I missed or delayed the follow up I would be dropped as a patient. This raises some serious red flags for me. I met the doctor for a follow up appointment and told him my concerns. The whole situation was weird he had video cameras I playing and various documents to sign. I think he was trying to protect himself from a lawsuit. I said I wasn’t better and wanted at least more physical therapy. He denied and just wanted to cut me as a patient because I think he is terrified to have a patient with continues care that isn’t better. The OT was nice but I went to PT elsewhere. The lesson to this business is always listen to your patient and offering more PT for someone in pain isn’t going to hurt you. I am assuming the business is thinking we did we protected ourselves from what I don’t know but ultimately loss the respect as a customer for the facility and future business from future customers will in turn create business loss. I hope more people read the reviews and deters business from a business that I believe has poor customer service from the doctors end. The guy repeated outside I told him he eis fine in so many ways. If that was the case why do I have lingering pains and nothing is really resolved. Once again I know it can take take. Lesson here stay away from this place and the doctors.

I spent 2 days sending & obtaining all the information they required of me to see the hand specialist, Dr. Trzeciak, at Valley Orthopics, then for no reason given the doctor declined to meet with me. Dr. Trzeciak should not be allowed by Medicare to treat any of their members!

He is a wonderful orthopaedic.he saved my husband's foot from a infection that another orthopaedic did not cure or even care to listen to what my husband's concerns were .if I could I would give 10 stars Dr.Casey really is The BEST .👍

I had my first appointment here today and couldn't have been happier. The front desk greeted me as soon as I walked in. I waited maybe 5 minutes and was brought into a room. The doctor came in 5 minutes later. Got an xray right in the office. I haven't experienced such an easy doctor appointment in years. The office is beautiful, the doctor explained things perfectly. The girls at the front desk were so friendly. I can't say enough about this office. Very happy patient.

Been battling extreme pain in hands and wrist with alot of swelling for 3 years now. Waited 3 months for an appointment only to wait a hr and half to be seen for only 5min. Referall was for both hands and wrists when going inside the room dr comes in telling me pick a hand I can't and won't see you for both. Looks at it for 2min asks if I feel pain I say yes. He looks at 1 report out of the 3 reports and says you don't need surgery I don't know what to tell you go see your primary and figure it out then walks out. I didn't go to this appointment for a surgery I went to this appointment to see what's going on or if it's autoimmune related and how to treat whatever is going on with me since primary and rheumatology both told me to follow up with a HAND SPECIALIST to be sure.I was treated like I didn't matter and when I called back 5min after I left the receptionist told me unfortunately this is the only hand dr we have other 2 is no longer with us and their is no way to follow up because the dr that you just saw no longer accepts your insurance. Complete waste of time. I don't understand why they even had me come in or how a drs office can be this heartless.. If you read this do not waste your time you'll find better care somewhere else. Horrible experience....

My experience was with Dr. Pettegrew and Laura. I was in shoulder pain for over 10 years and had three general practitioners tell me there was nothing to be done for my shoulder. One told me to quit my job and another gave me injection after injection, which gave me relief, but it was a bandaid for a bigger problem. I also came to find out I had received too many injections in a span of a year. Dr. Pettegrew gave me a permanent fix with a surgery. All of my appointments started right on time and Laura always called me back or emailed me in a timely fashion. I am very grateful for a positive experience and to finally feel like I wasn’t just being dismissed and my pain was REAL. Thank you.

Dr Casey performed a surgery on my knee that was the wrong surgery for what I supposed to have, I have a torn meniscus for which I still have, so the surgery he performed was a knee clean out as he put it, I have the visit recorded I complained to the medical board, they said he did everything right, well for the type surgery he did however it wasn't the surgery I was there for,, he told me after complaining to him that if it was only surgery for a torn meniscus I wanted he would never have performed a surgery, I do not recommend Casey

This is my second time here and there was a long line and i totally get it when they’re short staffed but what upset me is a new patient who clearly didn’t speak English was getting helped by a receptionist and she was talking to her in English, telling her she had to fill out 8-9 pages of paperwork. The new patient then asked if anybody spoke Spanish & a nice Mexican lady said yeah & started to help her with the paperwork because it was in English. I told the lady to ask if they had any in Spanish, she went to ask the same receptionist who was speaking to her in English if they had any in Spanish and what do you know, the receptionist spoke SPANISH!! That there really upset me! Unfortunately they didn’t have any packets in Spanish. The nice Mexican lady helped her fill out the packet but she got called back and the lady came & asked me for help & I was happy to help her finish filling out the rest of the packet. I just want to say DO BETTER!! Make sure you have the paperwork in SPANISH!
