Aya insists that they didn't need an appointment for a pre employment physical they were wrong. After multiple attempts to get a physical Barbara and Bryden were so helpful. I couldn't be more thankful for their positive outlook and general desire to be helpful.

Dr. Miller has been wonderful to work with. She always has time to answer any and all questions. She has made dealing with workmans comp much easier on me. She is getting me the treatment that I feel I need. I appreciate her.

I have gone to 3 different Valley Immediate Care facilities in the past 3 weeks for treatment of my broken hand. Each clinic is consistent in providing excellent care. When Dr. Miller was running a little late, I was not stuck in a room and ignored but was kept informed of how long I'd expect to wait. Which turned out to be a shorter wait than I've experienced in other medical clinics. I am very impressed with the care I've received from the Valley Immediate Care clinics I've been to and would consider them first for my future medical needs.

I got hurt at work. That's never fun. I was sent to Valley Immediate Care. After the initial appointment, I was asked back for regular scheduled appointments. John, Dr. Miller, the staff, all have been very welcoming. I feel like I'm in good hands while I'm there. They are very knowledgeable and were able to answer all of my thousands of questions. I highly recommend them.

Dr. Miller is good at her job, she takes time to listen and understand. I had a work injury last November, she hasn't rushed the process, but has sent me to both physical therapy and chiropractor, and hasn't given up on me.

Central Point Valley Immediat care are very kind, professional, and efficient. I felt very comfortable and cared for in my time of need. The best Immediate Care I have ever been to. I definitely recommend them.

I typically never respond to surveys. But I was so impressed with Dr Miller at my appointment yesterday that I made an exception. She is exactly what a health care provider should be. She listened to me, took time to make sure she understood me and I understood her. I didn’t feel rushed or like I was just a number. I felt like she had genuine concern for my health and well being. Dr Miller was amazing, through and through. Very thorough and compassionate. Matt (I believe) at the front desk was friendly and professional. The only thing I had an issue with was Jeff. He was snarky, rude and came across like he’s only comfortable in a conversation if he is talking down to you. A real “know-it-all” type of personality and that definitely left a bad taste in my mouth. To have two great employees being kind, showing respect to patients and being as helpful as they possibly could to then encounter Jeff’s stuck and up unprofessional attitude really over shadowed the positivity Dr Miller and Matt we’re putting out. So unfortunate.
