my doctor here is great, he’s always so helpful, informative and wanting to solve problems! Except my last appointment, the staff are very friendly and nice except one nurse that was doing an ekg on me. They have you put on a paper vest that does absolutely nothing to cover you up, while getting the ekg i looked down to see my chest was fully exposed and the nurse was not going to tell me anything until i saw, and i basically had to lay there like that the entire time. I felt completely violated and very uncomfortable. Any other time i have had an ekg this has never happened to me, the nurse did not have proper training or any concern for my comfort during this.

Worst place ever. I went in there with a list of what is going on with me and needed a physical. She told me I needed to find my own doctors for these things that are wrong and the things that were wrong, she said were Normal. Went in there with the flu as well and body aches and left with nothing. Will not be going back. Changing my doctor in the morning.

Love the doctor! But the staff is awful can never get you a appointment for your child when you need it and when you need to reschedule because you have a busy life your child’s appointment gets pushed for 3 more months and he will be the next age by than I usually try to keep my appointments no matter what but I’m tired of this place!

I have been going here for years. The service used to be bad, but lately it’s been so much worse. I feel so invalidated by the doctors at this facility, I’ve stopped going here because they don’t listen and they assume they know what’s going on before you even say anything. Don’t even get me started on the long wait times, rude receptionists, and the last minute rescheduling for appointments

I never felt so invisible in my life. I never had a doctor tell me how to feel. I never seen a doctor with lack of bedside manner. Actually two different female doctors. Smdh until I came here. Patient care doesn’t even exist anymore.

WORST PEOPLE. Nobody cares about your time at this place. My son needed physical for his school but they gave me the appointment 2months after the registration deadline date even then, when I came in today, they told me that doctor Bhathal can’t see him because their system is down and needs to be rescheduled. VERY unprofessional and mean Staff Berenice, Linda and Gaby. When I asked if I can talk to the doctor, they told me that he is on lunch. Come on guys, you need to stick to your words. I wish I could give them ZERO start. Well, NEVER coming to this place again. Don’t waste your time, choose another location for your kids. At least teach your staff how to communicate well. One last thing, please teach them that there is difference between “write down your name” and “sign in”. Yes, she wanted me to sign in on the sign in sheet but told me to write down the patient’s (my 5year old son) name but when I wrote, she said not here but here. LOL

I can’t say enough nice things about this office and the people who work here. They actually care about people and that’s extremely hard to find these days. Gabby especially warmed my soul today. She was beyond kind and went out of her way to make sure I was alright. She deserves a raise and or promotion, not sure how that works lol Thank you Gabby. You really made my day just a little easier. ❤️

I love my therapist!! She uses techniques that work so well with trauma therapy. After just one session I felt like I had let go of so many hurt feelings and memories and I NEVER even had to relive the experience by talking about it!! It was amazing!!
