This place is tremendous, especially the food. I couldn't have asked for a better place for my mother-in-law to stay when she was nursing her injury. All she talked about was how great Fridays and the fish were all the time, the dietary staff was always so attentive to the needs of her whenever she needed something. A+++ from Dietary for sure, nursing was ok

Do not and I repeat do not send your loved one here!! They neglect their patients as my father has been neglected numerous of times by being left in feces then not even cleaned properly when they do decide to go In and clean him after hours of being in a soiled diaper.. Christmas Eve they came in and changed him, they also put him his jammies. They never changed the padding under him that was still soiled in feces, my fathers right hand had feces in between his fingers and all under his overgrown nails that look like they haven't been clipped in months .. This is not the first time I've walked into this! I've called the state in the past due to these same issues and nothing was done!!! Called the state again today and will be moving my father where he will get the proper care!! These people should be ashamed of themselves because this is neglect!!

my dad is placed here for a reason. he had a massive stroke that effected his ability to do things for himself. hes been here for many months. my dad has had the WORST care. they are UNDERSTAFFED only 1 staff on per 30 something residents NO WAY. no one knows what these patients go through some dont have family. my family is there every day morning,noon and night. the staff unplugs there call buttons at night so they dont have to be bothered. they tell the patient to clean them self after they just had stool tossed around the room by another patient. thats what they get paid for thats there job. i cant wait until hes out of there so we can proceed our paperwork for the attorney. this place is nothing for anyones family member to be in. the state is notified and i hope they get rid of some staff.

Substandard rooms, food and care. Attending physician used unprofessional term to describe daughter and self in hall outside room. Staff apologized for her...should have done it herself or better yet been a professional. Call lights not promptly answered...could be up to 2 hours. P T dept. Good. Overall a sad sad place to try to recover.

Rude to independent delivery drivers just trying to do their job. I deliver food here all the time for staff but I guess when it's a resident they aren't allowed to get a delivery. I wouldn't allow them to work with my family.

Maybe hire more staff and stop abusing the workers you have! 40 clients to one nurse should be illegal. Do better.

The services are so helpful and they work with you with your needs
