Amazing service..amazing staff and help with everything so good to my daughter and even called to check in on her after the visit to E.R. I would highly recommend!

Thank you for the previous postings regarding the hospital. Based on those reviews, I do not feel comfortable moving my family to this town. I hope the hospital / doctors improve and the population feels heard and respected. Doctors, do your best. Be your best. We need to be able to trust you.

ER doctor failed and neglected the care of my 2 year old son. As we are now in omaha at children's hospital no thanks to them. We would have gotten here sooner and my son would have been better by now if they did there job correctly.

Horrible experience. Missed pneumonia in both of my father’s lungs. Wouldn’t allow my mother into hospital to be with him even though head of admissions says one person is allowed in with patient and he wasn’t able to make his own decisions due to low oxygen. Said they would call the grand island hospital so we could skip the ER when we got there, after I drove him there myself, which they didn’t do. He spent over 2 hours in the ER before being admitted to the ICU. We had to argue with VCH just to get oxygen for him because they said he didn’t need it. Then they were more concerned about getting their oxygen tanks back than they were about saving his life. Do yourself and your loved ones a favor and stay away from there. IF they will even admit you, they won’t care for you in the way you need. They didn’t care about my father’s life, my mother’s feelings or mine for that matter.

My husband was supposed to do work here to get their facilities in order and working in the LAB (you know where all the equipment that patients are mostly hooked up to are?) He was turned away because the director didn't want to get off her a$$ on a Saturday. Soooo you're going to compromise patients safety in order to keep YOUR weekend free? Shame on you and shame on this facility for allowing this negligence! I hope you get audited!! Don't use this hospital, and next time you do look at that stickers on thier equipment... If it's not from 22' you probably have 2-3 year gap from the last time IT WAS EVEN LOOKED AT BY A ENGINEER. Have fun with your mal-practice lawsuits. How unprofessional!!

Very unprofessional when a patient has been mocked by a health care professional (a certain doctor). When a patient is in need of care, they cannot wait for hours on end to get in When their appointment is at a certain time, and then gets made fun of their health condition or status. Just because you're a doctor doesn't mean you have to poke fun of your patients, and make them wait!

They don't seem to care about patient after care. I've been here for several years. Your just a number to them. I had some issues and doctor was supposed to call and check on me. Never did. Some of the nurses are nice, but one nurse is always crabby. A nurse and a doctor in general is the reason my family and I won't return to this Client.

Worst hospital ever. My wife went in with a broken finger. Quite obvious. I have pictures. They took x rays. Had a specialist on duty and did absolutely nothing for her. If I'm dying in ord I'm going some where else. Worst place in Nebraska. I wouldn't come here for a hang nail or recommend any of my family go here
