Valir - Norman's expert staff is alert and perceptive to issues as they arise in the course of therapy. This can make or break a physical therapy experience. They are committed to being truly WITH me as we work through the pain and challenges of a successful course of PT, watching for even the tiniest changes in how my injury is responding. This time it's an ankle surgery; three years ago it was rotator cuff surgery. Both times I received first-class attention and caring attitudes, from all members of the team, not just "my" therapist. Can't recommend highly enough.
