Valir Physical Therapy - Elgin

I enjoyed my time with Valir PT. Everyone is so nice and professional. They all are knowledgeable and patient..... very patient. I would not hesitate to recommend this group of awesome people. They have truly helped me and made a difference in my life. Shout-out to everyone at Valir!!

I was initially a little nervous due to it being my first time for any therapy. But during & after the first session the nervousness went away. The staff & my therapist Stephanie were friendly & professional with making me feel comfortable; welcome; relaxed & getting results. They were caring & concerned with my thoughts & therapy. The Elgin Vlair Physical Therapy is a great place. It is clean; up to date; inviting & relaxing. Now with their new expansion & remodeling it is even better. If you need therapy I would recommend Elgin Vlair highly. Thanks Steph & all therapists & staff that made my therapy & results so rewarding. Again, thanks guys & keep up the great work.

This was my 4th time working with this group, they are the greatest! They are always friendly, the facility is always clean. If you need physical therapy this is the place to go to!

The staff is very friendly and professional. But the environment is relaxed, which is a plus cause nobody who goes to PT is going cause they're feeling awesome. So, there's that. Very knowledgeable and personable staff. They also take the time to listen to anything. Whether you wanna share something awesome or your not doing too hot, they listen and respond, all the while sticking to the PT program they have fine tuned to you specifically. I cannot express the emotional relief and mental positivity that can occur when you spent years being told worse cause scenarios by VA "Primary Care physicians" (oxymoron?) who couldn't care any less about actually paying attention because your patient 97 of that day. Then you have the staff at Valir. By week two, my provider had already linked the connections and explained what I was experiencing, then followed it up with a way to confirm. Answers. Answers and understanding. Not everyone will be in that position but as a Vet who uses the VA (need I say more), Valir brought some semblance of peace to my scrambled mind. 100% recommended.

Valir is an excellent physical therapy clinic. I am very happy with the service, and highly recommend this group to anyone in need of physical therapy. The team works very well together, and the experience has been professional and personalized at the same time. They have done a great job moving me through the stages of recovery, and have taken a lot of time explaining the root causes, which will be very beneficial in the future.

This was the first time that I have ever required physical therapy and initially, I was a little nervous about it. I definitely didn't need to be nervous. The friendly and competent physical therapists made me feel perfectly comfortable. I will recommend Valir Physical Therapy- Elgin to others.

I have never had such caring service from any type of physical therapy center. Stephanie and everyone at Valir are beyond excellent with patient care and the knowledge and understanding behind physical therapy in every way. I really have to say Stephanie has gone over and beyond with her care. She really cares about the outcome and healing process and success of her patients. She is truly a blessing. I would never recommend going anywhere else. Valir in Elgin is the absolute best.

Very professional yet kind and knowledgeable staff. There are also obviously a very good team because I observe that they have a lot of fun with each other and seem to communicate well with each other. They do the best they can especially when doctors don't give them all the information they need but still go above and beyond to provide for you with all the capabilities that they have.
